POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

In This Space: a series where I highlight my amazing clients and the businesses they are building.

Episode 6: meet Casey and Sammie, studio managers of @formcharleston, Charleston’s boutique Lagree studio🪩💧✨

Lagree (or the Lagree Method) is a high-intensity, low-impact, full-body workout created by @sebastien.lagree, designed to challenge your strength, endurance, and control.

FORM’s downtown studio opened at 320 Broad Street in 2022, followed by the opening of their second location at 725 Coleman Boulevard in Mount Pleasant December 2025. Both studios were created to be an intimate, welcoming space where you can come exactly as you are- and leave feeling stronger, more grounded, and better than before.💪🏻

Their Mount Pleasant location also offers private 1:1 classes and Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage massages by @detoxwithkari. It was a pleasure supporting the team along the way through their downtown lease renewal and Mount Pleasant expansion.

45 minutes of full body strength training that challenges you in a whole different way. 💪

With heavy spring resistance, slow, controlled movements, and constant time under tension, you’re challenging your strength, endurance, and muscles you might not typically target in a traditional gym workout.

Whether you’re used to lifting weights, looking to build endurance, or wanting to challenge your strength and control in a new way, Lagree has something for you!

Guys, book your first class at FORM and come see what 45 minutes on the megaformer can do! 👀

8 WEEKS of showing up again and again 👏 All that hard work YOU put in is showing, and we’re in this together. Let’s finish the Formula Challenge strong 💪

The best results from Lagree come from following The Formula in and out of the studio 3 - 4 times a week. You don’t need the challenge to start showing up and being consistent

Form is everything. 💪✨ One small shift can completely change what you’re working, protect your joints, and make the move feel stronger and spicy in all the right places.

If you want more of a breakdown of your body on the megaformer, book a private class in our new Mount Pleasant Private Suite with more time options and trainer requests available. Privates are also available Downtown 🤍

Last day in Charleston and last class (for now) at my favorite place!! I started at @formcharleston looking for a way to regain strength after a horrible knee injury / surgery. 141 classes later, what I found is not only an incredible and effective workout, but also a community like none other. The amount of love and support here from the teachers and students is beyond special. I'll miss you guys so much @formcharleston, but I'll be back to visit!! Lots of love ❤️
