📈👩🏼‍💻BIG THINGS are happening in our Agency!!

For many reasons we know we’re in the right place at the right time… Why?
Well… Most people are becoming more and more aware about how important it is to start learning what they can about money. And unfortunately, many are cocerned about where they are at financially…and how to get in a better position moving forward!

And then there are others who are becoming more and more aware of how their financial situation is likely going to be changing in the next few years … for the better.

The challenge here, is that if people don’t know who they can trust, that has unbiased professional information…They can feel emotionally and physically stuck. Aka “frozen” 🥶

So what’s the solution?
We are.
As your independent financial broker.

We are here to help. 🫶🏼
In all the ways we can!

These are the women I get to build with every day 🤍

If you’ve ever wanted a career where you’re surrounded by women who push you, cheer for you, and actually mean it… there’s a seat at this table for you.

Where are all my Canadian women ready for a fresh start this October? 🇨🇦🍁

You’ve heard people say that before too right?

“I looove what I do!! It’s not like work at all!”

And what did you think? 🤔

Me? “Pfffft!! Whatever! Work is work. And they pay you to do it cause they don’t want to! That’s why it’s called work!” 🙈

And then, I’d gag a bit … sometimes even taste the sourness in the back of my throat cause I thought “who are these freaks that say cheesy things like that??” 🙄
Bleh - move on weirdos!

And now, lo and behold.. I’m that cheesy freakzoid and I love spending time with my little group of weirdos.
And you know what? That little group now is called our brokerage and has over 60 other licensed agents we get to hang out with, and we all “work” and laugh together until our cheeks hurt! 🤣🤣🫶🏼

Yeah, some would call it work, and we call it life! And doing life like this and working together feels better and better all the time!

The best part of what we do isn’t the business.

It’s building it with people who genuinely want to see each other win.

If you’re looking for a room like that, we’ve got a seat for you🪑

I would take on any era with these ladies by my side, but I think the ‘80s were calling our names

Which decade would you go back to?

Flying tonight to Montreal and I had this thought… Before AirPods existed I bought Ben these @bose noise cancelling headphones and they’ve held up really well. That was around the same time we went into business for ourselves. So what’s the thought I had..? That entrepreneurs don’t live in a world without noise.

We just get really good at blocking it out. 🎧✈️

Negative opinions.
Naysayers.
People who don’t understand what you’re building.
The “are you sure?” comments.

The noise is still there.

But at some point, you realize you don’t have to give negative people access to your vision.

So yes… sometimes we literally put on the headphones, turn up the movie, and keep living our lives!🫶🏼😂

From not getting invited to the birthday parties, to being left out of the circle during conversations, to never having a spot in the car during lunchtime flips... high school taught me what it felt like to be invisible.

Fast forward to today. Girls need girls who hype each other up to be their absolute best.

No side-eye, no exclusions, just pure love and support.

And I’m reminded of that so much in the last 5 years!

And after an incredible “field trip ” yesterday, waking up to messages like: “I just want to hang out with you all every day! Yesterday was awesome! Have a fabulous morning everyone 💖” is even more proof I’m in the right room!

To anyone who ever felt left out…don’t lower your standards.

The right group of women will make you feel like you belong every single day.

If you’ve ever felt left out, keep going…we have a chair for you here.

Drop me a DM and let’s see what this room looks like for you!

Tag a girlfriend who always makes room for you at her table! ✨

Here’s the thing nobody tells you about saying yes…you don’t just get the opportunity…You find your people!

I said yes to this almost 7 years ago, not sure where it would go…Turns out it was about ending up in a glass pyramid on a Thursday with people who started as strangers and somehow became the ones who text me at 7am and 11pm about their day, a win and sometimes a struggle.

Genuinely could not have predicted this life.

The thing you’re overthinking right now?

Say yes to it.

Worst case you get a weird story…

Best case 🤷‍♀️ you find some of your best friends!

Still looking for your people? We’ve got a seat at this table with your name on it👇

She said “Don’t worry about it, just smile or act natural… see what happens… because out of every hundred pictures or so, there will be like 3 or 4 that you’ll like.”

So we smiled through the laughter, looked towards the sun for better lighting, adjusted our poses and looked “past” the camera… videoed each other videoing each other even soaked our arms on the railing about 20 times each to make the picture “just right” again!

I absolutely love creating great memories from moments like this with these guys and hope for you that today and each day moving forward, you can laugh your heart out and feel the pure love people have for you too!

Most people who “fail” at this didn’t actually fail.

They just stopped believing before the work had time to pay off.

They quit in the middle of the story and called it the ending.

Don’t be that person. Show up beginner, messy, unsure …and let the potential do what it’s supposed to do!
