These women put in the work today! 💪

Four repeats up Gothic and an average pace of 18.9 mph according to my computer. That’s no joke.

Way to go, ladies! Your hard work all season is paying off, and it’s been so much fun watching everyone get stronger, faster, and more confident every week. I love it when a plan comes together 🙃🚴‍♀️🔥

Next Week: We head to EA for an Adventure Ride and coffee!! ☕️

💨Tuesday’s are for speed!
We want you to see the improvements so let’s get faster together!
👉🏼Over the next few weeks we will build from a mile time trial on 7/14 to our 5k race on 8/18–which just so happens to be Coach Lala and Carly’s birthdays!

🏃🏃‍♀️The 5k will be complete with prizes for fastest female and male as well as for most improved! To be in the running for a prize we ask that you make a $5 donation (or more) to Lala’s fundraiser to run the @nycmarathon with @citymeals.

Island life for us the next three weeks 🌉

These women did so great today going over the Grand Island Bridge and a lap of the island. Single paceline, everyone taking pulls, we’re starting to settle into those training ride vibes 👏

Too bad I forgot the phone magnet for a better bridge photo 😂 Next week.

Also decided I’m including all my photobomb photos in the ride recaps this season. Apparently that’s just part of the content now

Thank you @bethanywolcott for the video coming off the bridge! And being our island guide today!! 🫶
