We have to be mindful about how we talk to ourselves.

Your inner voice is learning how to treat you.

Increase your grace statements daily.

Here are mine for today.

I am learning to love myself.

I am learning to give myself grace.

I am learning to surrender.

I am learning to forgive.

Share your #iam statement in the comments and tag someone who inspires you.

Love y’all!

🥳~{{Well...
Excitingly, last night was an encounter of which I'm so'OO glad I didn't see coming, because of the shock-value and impact of this lovely couple that has landed me in awe.

So, as the evening was flowing in its course, my team and I was met with the privelege of seating and accomodating the wonderful Mr. Kenneth and Mrs. LaMora, here at the Fountain Lounge Restaurant, who not only picked this spectacular city of New Orleans to get away to, but they chose the Roosevelt to lodge, in celebration of nine powerful years of matrim💍ny.

During their dining experience with us, we connected with them via brief and humorous conversation about life, love, purpose and God. While sharing a few laughs and learning of their anniversary, their awesome server- Umut and I, tag-teamed a "Surprise & Delight" response to this occasion that sent them beyond the stars, which consisted of one of our delicious desserts, bundled with a performance of "You Are So'OO Beautiful" from myself.

💍♥️What a night.♥️ 💍

...."& And may your hearts continue to share and speak the language of True Love as more years and reasons to smile continue to find and delight you both in that wonderful timeless place called:

♥️💍Forever💍♥️"

Sometimes as an entrepreneur self-care is last on our task list! We work long hours and everyday. Eventually that could lead to burn out or even worse, health problems or death.

I’ve found a product that allows me to add self-care as my #1 task before I even turn on my computer! Simply Lovable is a self-guided therapy tool that you use in the comfort of your own home. It comes with:

🫶🏽 Simply Lovable Card Deck
🫶🏽 Simply Lovable Companion Workbook
🫶🏽 4- Simply Lovable Journal Notebooks

This product suite is designed to prompt you to reflect, release, and work through activities every day to become more balanced and mentally healthy. It’s perfect for the busy entrepreneur or person that’s not quite comfortable with in-person therapy. You can do it alone or start a self-care group with your girls!

However you decide to take care of your mental health, just make sure you make yourself a priority. Practice self-care every day because you’re Simply Lovable!

🫶🏽 Order at www.iamsimplylovable.shop
🫶🏽 Follow @iamsimplylovable
🫶🏽 Follow the @iamsimplylovable creator @thehealingcrest Lamora Pace, Therapist and relationship counselor, and book a virtual session with her.

It’s ok to not be ok, but it’s not ok to not get help!🫶🏽

I wish I knew that:

1 #entrepreneurship is a big hypothesis. No one really knows what their doing….at first. It’s all a learning opportunity.

2 Entrepreneurship has its cliques and politics just like corporate. Stay in your lane and try your best to ignore the drama.

3 You need community more than you know. The key is the RIGHT community. One that celebrates you versus tolerates you.

4 Self care is going to be your saving grace and no one is exempt when it comes to you serving you first.

5 People will be jealous and envy you, even when they make more money, or have more clout. Remember it’s not about you. It’s their own inner work that needs to be worked through. Don’t take it personal.

6 You belong at the table, but when you get a seat it’s to learn and create your own. This opens up more seats for people like you.

7 Have fun every single day. This is where the magic happens.

What about you??

Drop your 7 things in the comments. I’m tryna see sumthin

👋🏾When they try to come for you in your DMs...

🤦🏾‍♀️ It's so annoying when women especially us black women to black women try to come for you.

🥊I used to be straight gangsta (that's a Rial life story for another time). Now that I am no longer of that life, I know how to extend grace to foolishness.

Can you relate?

🧘🏾‍♀️How many times have you had to stop and compose yourself before responding to disrespect or a sneak diss etc?

✨️Well when your confidence level is above the clouds and you mindfully ask the God in you to step up...all things handled with GRACE.

That's my story and I'm sticking to it!

Share this and follow my page for confidence building tips and Glam Detoxing strategies!

👸🏾You don't rock the Qrown when tearing someone else down!

Sending Rial Flthy Rich and GLAM Detox vibes to your feet, yoni and chakras!
