POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Reflections on my time in Kenya take many paths.. This #ThrowbackThursday is devoted to Solai. Spread over roughly 7 acres, this will be the home to @ascendeducationecosystem . It meant everything to finally be on that soil with my @lovmovement family and get my hands dirty. To take in the land and envision what is coming from all the work we have been doing…

In recent weeks people reached out in regards to this trip, and some have made references to it being life changing.. While I respect the sentiment for me this trip evokes no change.. This trip was life affirming 🙏🏾❤️🌍💧🌱📚

“A few months back, I wanted to create a safe space for black men from all walks of life to talk about the shit that’s going on around the world. A space where we can be vulnerable, honest and open. We don’t often get to hear from black men in this type of way and given what we often see and hear from people telling our story, we need this now more than ever. Thus #sayless was born” - @ketayma 👑 #talkshow #podcast #blackmen #blackfamily #blacklove #blackentrepreneurs #blackexcellence #blackpower #blackpeople #blacktwitter #blackgirlmagic #blackboyjoy #blackisbeautiful

I always appreciated being able to see someone on that screen that looked like me. @billthegrillcooper gave me the nickname but @walterejones you’re a major part of why I grew up loving martial arts. It was dope to meet you brotha thank you for takin the time 🙏🏾

It’s been a great camp... and I don’t have a fight 😂😅 idk... It’s always been... interesting getting fights... But at the End of the day even if I never “fight” again, I’ll still be training like I am... for as long as I can... because I love this sh*t... and the only person I’m really competing with, is me. The Journey has always been more important 🤞🏾
