Today marks 5 months on my fitness journey with @aspirefit_ and I’m slowly turning into an official #gymbro - adding in the over ear headphones today to match the lifting straps and gloves. Next stop - lifting belt and a bigger water jug and I’ll be all set 😎💪🏻

But honestly, these last 5 months have been one of the most challenging, frustrating, exhilarating, mentally exhausting, rewarding and laser focused I’ve ever been about one aspect of my life - and change is happening! But it’s just the start and I cannot wait to see what happens over the next 5 months and beyond. Deciding to focus on hypertrophy training and body recomp at 53 is no small task - and my husband @davidbulger can vouch for what a maniac I’ve been at all this 😏

Special kudos to @lanerohrichdpt and @aaronwood_sc for guiding me as coaches along this path to a better physical version of me.

3rd annual Aspire Fit Retreat in the books! 💪🏼

I absolutely love hosting this retreat. It’s such a great opportunity to meet like minded people and connect on a deeper level.

After all, Aspire Fit is about much more than workouts and macros. We’re here to help you become the very best version of yourself, inside and out.

Seeing everyone eager to train, learn, and put themselves out there shows just how committed they are to growth. I couldn’t be more proud as a coach.

I just wanted to give a HUGE congratulations to my client @lanerohrichdpt! He stepped on stage for the very first time at the @npc_ifbb_midwest show this past weekend and had a great turn out!

From being a husband, father, doctor, and now bodybuilder Lane executes with intent, purpose, and integrity and that is what makes him a great bodybuilder and even better man! Seeing him compete especially in the true novice class in classic physique fired me up big time as it was very competitive! We already know what needs to be done so we are putting things in motion to continue to improve!

We feel SO blessed and we can’t wait to welcome our sweet baby in April 2025! 🥰

For anyone going through any kind of infertility or loss my heart and prayers go out to you. I know how alone and heartbroken you feel even if you have an army of support!

It still feels like a dream and it brings me to tears being able to post this. We welcome all the prayers for a healthy pregnancy and baby! 🙏🏼
