The windows of this building had RESIST. RESIST. RESIST. plastered in each one. I saw it while walking through Brooklyn with @kaliopasivaitai and @notorietyvixen. And as I was scrolling through my photos I came across a screenshot that I saved of this quote from donald trump. Our current president is rippling fear across the country to try and get this [pointless] wall built to separate two countries. He’s using fear, because he knows it’s the most powerful. And then last night, Lio reminded me to think deeper and open my eyes to everything that could be happening behind this guise of “needing a wall” and the government being shut down. The media is almost solely focusing on this wall, so what could be happening in the background that maybe we can’t see or hear? I want to know what you know or think or speculate. I want open dialogue to learn and grow, myself and as a country. Help me help you help everyone.

As important as networking is, it’s just as important to be careful who you network with. Learned this the hard way. Don’t throw people under the bus for your own gain. It’s the lowest you can stoop in this business. We are all trying to do our best, so let’s try and build each other up too. I’ll be over here focusing on my love for photography for a while. 💗
