⚽️ Bringing pro-level preparation to the youth game.

Indy our Pulse Physio Physiotherapist & VFC Director of Player Health and Performance, alongside Sasha, Pulse Kinesiologist & VFC Strength and Conditioning Coach, recently joined the boys and girls **LUSA BCSPL teams** for an injury prevention and performance in-service.

We kicked things off with a presentation on **injury prevention, performance, recovery, and preparation**, before heading onto the field to put it into practice.

Players worked through professional-level pre-game warm-ups and activations, learning how proper preparation can help them move better, perform better, and reduce injury risk.

A great night sharing knowledge from the professional environment with the next generation of athletes. ⚽️💪

Thanks to LUSA and all the players and coaches for having us!

👀 We see a Friend in the line up!

Congratulations to Lucas Friend for being selected for the #CANM17 roster for the @UEFA Friendship Cup!

Lucas is part of our Langley United Men’s BCPL squad and recently helped the LUSA men win their back-to-back BCPL League Champions title. He earned himself the BCPL U20 Player of the Year accolades and now he has been selected to represent Canada at the UEFA friendship Cup in Nyon, Switzerland.

We are #LUSAPROUD of you, Lucas! 🇨🇦

COACH OF THE YEAR. 🏆🔥

Azad Palani. What a gaffer.

Winning the BC Premier League in Langley United’s inaugural season was already special. But doing it again the following year? That says everything about what is being built. 🏆🏆

For Palani, it has never been only about winning trophies. A major part of his work is developing players, mentoring them and preparing them to reach the next level in their careers.

He also brings experience from the professional game, having spent time in the Canadian Premier League as an assistant coach in Vancouver, and that experience continues to show in the environment he has created at Langley.

Two seasons. Two championships. And plenty of players continuing to develop along the way.

Our Halftime Football BC Premier League Men’s Coach of the Year is Azad Palani. 👑🏆

🇫🇷 FRANÇAIS

ENTRAÎNEUR DE L’ANNÉE. 🏆🔥

Azad Palani.
