A cool 3,500 miles and I’ll leave Angela (Rab) Van in Santa Monica with @b_d515 to take her across the finish line (thanks Brent). Lots of road hours lots, toil, lots of strife, lots of people lots and fun and LOADS of Rab stoke. Portland GETS IT! ( hey @brassfunky ). I feel like my hearts all over the place. See you soon, Colorado ✈️

Super fun project I shot and edited a month ago for @negusinnature x @mountainhardwear. About a year ago I hit up @nikkik_smith and told her I wanted to learn from her and be part of the Open Aperture program. Fast forward, I ended up shooting for it.

Much respect to my goats, Nikki and @langstynavery, for their ongoing commitment to bringing FLAVOR to the outdoor space.

Reminiscing from Black Bather's Day at @g_o_o_d_h_o_t with @negusinnature powered by @staygoodgood

I think we need another one? Saunas, waterfront views, good vibes, sunshine, melanin, and free resources & giveaways by @staygoodgood - what more could you ask for? 🤔🤔 If we drop a date, will we see you there?

This is 40.

Bro they really let me be 40. Last year I said goodbye to my brother for my birthday. This year I’m in Japan. It was a heavy year, heavier than I realized, but I have to acknowledge the good in life. Otherwise the deejness disappears.

First, long live Pop Chiefa. Second, shout out to my heart, @rachelwolfepack, for holding me down this last year. Your love and tenderness means more than you know. Shout out my family and community that is there, even when I retreat. Y’all show up and make me feel like I have somewhere I belong.

And shout out to me for showing up through it all. Showing up this year looked like:

Thanking the most high, Miami for Art Basel, Mono Hot Springs, Yuba River, beach days, being creative, backing out Michael Jackson as best man at @ericmathurinmfg and @byjustcyn wedding, seeing family, skiing, Dominican Republic, back to partying, San Diego family trip, one night in Manhattan, making big progress on the novel, Morocco, and so much more.

More love and life in my fourth decade.

Some of my favorite stills from a fun weekend out with @mountainhardwear x @negusinnature x @nikkik_smith.

Met so many amazing creatives and athletes. Inspired to keep working on and pushing my craft to the next level 📸

Major thanks to all who helped make this happen!
