POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

#wingsoutwednesday big shout out to two people that I’m thinking about on the wings out Wednesday. Lani and Sammy two people in my life that are constantly setting the example of what it means to be an incredible teammate, an inspiration and two people that never settle for the easy stuff. Big virtual hug going out to U2 today if you’re not already following these two, you should be because you won’t just be chasing eagle fire you’ll be catching it!

This May, we’re moving with purpose through our Memorial Minutes Monthly Mission.

Our goal: 1.3 million minutes moved.

That's one minute for every fallen service member in our nation’s 250-year history.

Lani is moving in honor of Scott Speicher—the first casualty of Operation Desert Storm.

Who are you moving for?

Share their name. Share their story. Help us carry their legacy forward.

Submit your fallen hero at link in bio.

The Veteran-Led Health and Wellness Revolution is Here!

For too long, the health and wellness of our nation’s veterans has taken a back seat after their service. But a powerful movement, led by Veterans themselves through Team Red, White & Blue.

Team RWB is forging America’s leading health and wellness community for Veterans. They understand the immense sacrifices service members make, often putting the mission first at the cost of their personal health and wellness. Now, Team RWB is helping Veterans prioritize their health and wellness through a nationwide community united by teamwork, shared values, individual purpose and a common goal of enriching lives.

The approach combines in-person events and training with a “digital garrison” (Team RWB App) to keep veterans motivated, accountable, and supported on their journeys. This holistic system provides a profound sense of belonging, inspiration to stay healthy, and opportunities to serve fellow Veterans. It lights the fire within to reclaim overall health and wellness.

What makes Team RWB’s community so impactful is the automatic bond of trust between those who served. When it comes to overcoming trauma, chronic pain, and emotional struggles, there is unique healing power in the simple understanding of your teammates.

This grassroots Veteran-led revolution is lighting the path for all of us to prioritize our health and wellness through comprehensive community support. As it grows, Team RWB could transform how we approach health and wellness nationwide.

The next big breakthrough is being pioneered by those who volunteered to risk the ultimate sacrifice to protect our freedom. It’s time to get behind our Veterans as they lead the charge for a healthier future.
