Yes, my ridonkulous first 50K full Birkie journey— from the glorious start to the fatal final hill (but look at that tuck form coming off the International Bridge!) to the bloodied but unbowed (I can’t say unbroken because of the whole hand thing?) finish—has been commemorated with a Limited Edition Action Figure!! Get it while you can – – only 10 created and real bargains at 100 K each! ALSO: Stay tuned for my soon to be runaway best-selling Birkie tell all, Eat Ski Pray Crash (Finish)!

While y’all are getting ready for the Superb Owl, or for some reason waiting in line for chowderfest, we are freezing our toes off. It’s 0 out and the snow is f a s t. Sure is pretty tho. 🥶 *Pictures are from a couple weeks ago cause it’s too cold for no gloves and a camera today. Thank you to the kind stranger for getting Max & I together! 🎿

From the first gear check to the final glide, nothing beats a winter getaway to the Adirondacks. 🌲❄️

There’s a specific rhythm to cross-country skiing at Lapland Lake. It starts with the quiet of the woods and ends with a deep appreciation for this corner of Hamilton County. If you’re looking for a way to slow down and find your flow, this is the place.

This is what winter was meant to look like in Upstate New York.

Hands down the best place in New York State to enjoy cross country skiing and winter scenery in general. ❄️❄️
Fantastic variety of trails and gorgeous views , trails always groomed to perfection and rental equipment renewed often , not to mention cozy lodge. We have been coming here every year for about last 10 years . Love this place 😍😍❄️❄️❄️❤️❤️
