More from our trip to Wales. This was the overnight stop on the third night, Strumble Head Lighthouse. An incredible spot, felt incredibly eerie at night especially with the wind making it feel like the camper could be blown off into the abyss below at any moment.

The lighthouse has been without a keeper since 1980, so we were completely alone out there aside from a herd of wild horses. We then woke up to a surprise sight of dolphins in the morning.

*2025 Wrapped, PART 2*
2025 was incredibly healing after the rollercoaster of the last 5 years - which had both some mind-blowing highs where I achieved things in my career I never even dreamed about, reconnected with and made so many dear friends and memories, but were also filled with some really heartbreaking, difficult, and painful times that I would never wish on anyone.

If you know me you'll know that Italy is my happy place: the light just hits different, the sky always looks like Titian (Tiziano) painted it, and don't get me started on the weather or the food or the architecture or the nature or the warmth of the people. (Cos clearly I won't stop.)

But this year I was also blessed to unexpectedly visit Ireland and Czechia too; the intense greenery and lakes in Connemara National Park (don't miss @kylemoreabbey @kylemorepax) and the fin-de-siecle beauty of Brno were healing too, I met an award-winning Connemara Pony, & unironically had the best ice cream waffle cone from a hole in the wall in Brno (sorry italian gelato).

I haven't added music to this post as I have included some ASMR videos: evening bells ringing out in Lanciano town square, gazing up at Baroque "heaven" in Loreto Basilica, a giant scallop shell in St Jacob's Church in Brno, and finally hearing people sing Our Lady of Knock in Knock Basilica itself.

These brought me peace and I hope they do the same for you too ✨️🕊 And here's looking forward to what 2026 brings 🤩

reflecting on my visit to @haydos_org last week. My sis @laramelda introduced me to this beautiful animal sanctuary where she adopted one of her sweet fur babies from. The the walk-around was a humbling experience- witnessing the level of compassion shown to these abandoned animals. @haydos_org 's loving devotion to these previously unloved, cast out and sometimes disabled creatures moved me so deeply!!! The world desperately needs more unconditional love and compassion and @haydos_org truly is a haven for it. 🫏 🩷
