Back with ANOTHER amazing restaurant we booked a @resy for in DC✨🤎

@lardentedc was such an amazing culinary experience! The dishes were incredible and the cocktails were top tier. They had a “P*rn Star Martini” on menu so I absolutely went feral🫒🍸

Our standout dishes from the night had to be the “Duck Hunt” and “40 Layer Lasagna.” The atmosphere was chic and elevated as well!✨

Highly recommend adding this to your “DC List!”🤎

We had such a fun trip visit DC for the first time! We went to the @snallygasterdc for the festival and saw a lot of amazing sights along the way! ✨

This was the perfect fall trip to see the Nation’s capital 🤎

Best bite of the night Duck Hunt and 40 layer lasagna!

Incredible meal with stand out flavours at L’Ardent in DC
Their famous 40 layer lasagne was rich and my favourite
Pizza with dried pork, fennel sausage and chili oil
My parents favourite main was the veal pappardelle! It was a lighter dish compared to the lasagne and pizza
The Duck Hunt - rich, smooth mini duck ravioli - we understand the Michelin Bib Gourmand after trying these!
Wagu and pork meatballs - usually I find meatballs dry but they were perfectly tender and falling apart
And finally for dessert was the tiramisu flambé with passion fruit! We should passion fruit might be a weird combination with the tiramisu but we ended up wanting more passion fruit flavour

DC, u ok? I wanted to go to @lardentedc for the 40 layer lasagne… stayed for the unexpected Vegas vibes 🧐 We also shared the Duck Hunt (duck ravioli with black truffle) and Carciofi (grilled artichokes with lemon and Calabrian chili). My 🍹: Fig Cobbler. Food was really tasty and creative, meaning they sure earned the “glam Italian” description 🪩
