THATFLYPINAY (@thatflypinay) is a queer Pinay DJ hailing from Los Angeles, CA. As a member of Manila Sound LA and proud alum of the Beat Junkies Institute of Sound/Ladies of Sound, THATFLYPINAY is happy to share her love for OPM, R&B, Disco and Funk to community events, private celebrations, and a variety of cultural spaces.

DJ Wenluv (@djwenluv) is a Filipina DJ and sound healer from Los Angeles whose sets blend soul, hip-hop, and global rhythms with deep cultural storytelling. A daughter of immigrants and member of Manila Sound LA, she uses music as a bridge for community, wellness, and celebration.

January (@ms_januarrrry) is a LA-based visual designer, record collector, and DJ. As a member of Ladies of Sound and a Manila Sound resident, she blends world music, disco, funk, soul, house, and reggae to curate immersive experiences through her mixes and performances.

MinorTwitch (@minortwitch) is a LA–based DJ focused on house and disco. As part of the Manila Sound collective, he brings people together through sets that flow seamlessly from deep grooves to uplifting rhythms. Blending classic influences with modern sounds, his style creates a welcoming atmosphere where the dance floor becomes a space for connection, energy, and community.

Nasty Nativ (@achilles_aurelius) masterfully flips genres —mixing Hip-Hop, RnB, Funk, Soul, Disco, and OPM into pure dancefloor energy. Catch him live on Twitch or in the mix with @manilasound.la and the Selectors Choice Collective, bringing the vibes from LA to the IE.

Wee Jay (@weejaybabiano) is an LA-based Recording Artist, Producer, and DJ loo

B-rolls from ADE last year… Slide 2 context: you’ll say I’m ignorant but it was my first time to set foot in Europe, I had just landed and we went out. and I legit thought they just make it pretty for ADE like I thought they set it up like a theme park cause everything looked different from what I was used to seeing. My friends had to explain to me that Amsterdam really looks like that 🫪

You came for the performances… you stayed because **LOLO, LOLA, TITAS & TITOS WERE TEARING UP THE DANCE FLOOR!** 💃🕺🔥 It’s a dance party for everyone!

Every jam was basically a Filipino family time machine. 🎶 One minute you’re sitting peacefully watching the show, and the next minute **Lola is vibing, Lolo is doing the two-step, Tita is singing every single word, and Tito is dancing like he just got transported back to the ’70s.** 😭🤣
Then we have talented artists performing at the tent. Providing the soothing music of guitar, harp, and soundbath to give you a break from dancing then we are back at it!!! 😜🔥
The Manila Sound hits started playing and suddenly:
👵 Lola: “Ay, favorite ko ‘yan!”
👴 Lolo: “Kaya ko pa ‘to!”
👩 Tita: “OMG! I LOVE THIS SONG!”
👨 Tito: *already on the dance floor* 🕺💨
Of course we are dancing and partying with them!!! 🥰
