𝟹𝚑𝚍 𝟸👁‍🗨𝟸𝟼: 𝔅𝔢𝔶𝔬𝔫𝔡 Imagining
For the opening of the film program on Thursday, October 29, @amfq & @elizabethgl33 present their performance “Headless“ as part of the „Beyond Imagining“ program at @BerlinischeGalerie.

Love messages, promises of money, and miraculous opportunities: part thriller, part digital romance, the performance sheds light on the mechanisms of seduction hidden behind these messages. Disposable phones, Telegram channels, and music made from notifications create an immersive experience at the heart of our hyperconnected world.

From 6pm onwards, admission to the museum is free, and visitors are invited to watch the film program featuring works by @vika.kirchenbauer @simona.andrioletti @technoflesh @sarasadikofficiel.

The evening will also feature a DJ set by @globalglobb.

To our cute audience 💘 who came to our Sundays at Sommerbad Humboldthain at Tropez!

Thank you for standing by us through sunshine, rain, heat, and everything in between ☀️🌧️

We were joined by Teo Ala-Ruona, Eddington Again, Larry, Barnett Cohen, Krista Papista, and Character DJ, bringing together performance, live music, and DJ sets that moved across intimacy, embodiment, fiction, sound, and movement.

Set against the backdrop of an open-air public pool, bodies gathered, undressed, danced, listened, performed, and moved.

remembering this one? 20.4.2013. exactly 5 years ago 🥚👽 what have we archived since then? More visibility and a little bit of power for all of us but still living in precarity (slightly can pay better fees now and it’s 2018!!!) while brands and (new) mainstream festivals copying/are inspired by the movement (not to mention their coffer here). Will we ever be able to live from that job without working and fighting non-stop? 🤔 pay fair and do it for every fighting artist, curator, cultural worker, care worker etc. or at least try and reflect on it NOW and change in the future. design by @amaliaulman

Opening at 5pm today, two #CreamcakeBerlin commissions for the “Paradise Lost” program, from #RaphaelaVogel & #GabberEleganza, presented at Prenzlauer Berg's #Wasserspeicher & running to Aug 11.

Buy tickets online. L*nks *n b*o.

In order of slide appearance:

Vogel's “Mucksmäuschenmusik” at #KleinerWasserspeicher builds her own seductive scenarios and unusual distortions by using monumental sculptures, sounds, and performances by animals and machines. Together they translate various desolate & opposite emotions of life into simultaneously powerful & fragile sound sculptures.

Gabber Eleganza (aka #AlbertoGuerrini)’s audiovisual installation “Hardcore Soul 2.0” investigates the sound worlds of gabber & hardcore in the liminal space of #GroßerWasserspeicher. As a producer & active part of the community, the artist takes his audience back to the lifestyle, social codes, & behaviours as a pursuit of digital happiness in the pre-internet era.

Paradise Lost is made possible with the support of Musikfonds e.V. by means of the Federal Government Commissioner for Culture and Media (BKM), as part of the Neustart Kultur recovery programme, and Musicboard Berlin GmbH.

Two days until Creamcake returns to #Tropez, from 2–6pm at Sommerbad Humboldthain for the first of two July gatherings. 🌊🍟💜

#TeoAlaRuona presents „Play Overlay“, a dance for the unnameable self that explores how clothing codes identity and mediates the relationship between inner experience and outward appearance. The afternoon continues with a live set by #EddingtonAgain, followed by a DJ set from Larry.

Poolside all afternoon. Get your tickets to the pool.

Then, on Saturday, 19 July, #BarnettCohen presents „tactics of practice“, created in collaboration with artist and composer Shamica Ruddock and dancer Sally Butin. The afternoon also features a site-specific performance by #KristaPapista, whose „Heartmode Tsiftetelli“ is an ode to the demons of summer. A DJ set by Character DJ closes the day.

Creamcake returns to the pool on two Sunday afternoons in July! 🩵

This Sunday, July 5, Teo Ala-Ruona presents Play Overlay (2025). This solo performance explores clothing as a technology of transformation and asks how identities can be formed, worn and then cast aside. At the outdoor pool, the act of getting dressed and undressed becomes a shared moment of attention and negotiation.

The performance will be framed by a live set from Eddington Again, whose soulful electronic music explores human experiences and spirituality, as well as a DJ set from Larry. Together, the performance, live music and DJ culture will create an afternoon dedicated to transitions – from the pre-determined to the improvised, from the poolside to the dance floor.

You can book tickets online or buy them directly at the box office.

We look forward to seeing you there! 🫶🏽
