How to run further and faster…

KG JUST TELL ME… PT.3

A few lessons from years of running and learning…

#1: Be lighter, within reason (in weight and in stride)
#2: Breathe properly: *Hint* through the nose
#3: Fuel correctly: Give your body what it needs to perform
#4: Pace yourself: You can’t go far and fast (unless you are an elite runner)

What other tips am I missing here? Drop a comment or DM me your thoughts and questions!

Thank you for everything, Coach @larseckenrode! Thanks for believing in me, being a great role model, and teaching me lessons I’ll never forget. Skill takes you far, but character takes you further… and you helped me build both. I’m sad to see you go, but I’m so proud of you and excited for everything ahead of you. @union_omaha is lucky to have you!
