Meet Latasha 💜

Latasha is a 200-hour certified yoga instructor who believes the mat should feel like home, no matter your experience level or background.

Practicing since 2019, she blends mindful movement with a slow, yin-restorative flow that meets you where you are, building quiet strength while your busy mind finally gets to exhale.

Off the mat, you’ll find her chasing the perfect latte, getting lost on a good hike, experimenting in the kitchen, or putting in work at the gym.

Help us welcome Latasha to the HTHT community 💜 Keep an eye out, you’ll be seeing her at our upcoming events!
