Recently, I had the honor to cook at the historical @beardfoundation kitchen for the wonderful culinary community on their behalf. This experience was filled with synchronicities that culminated in a magical evening full of meaningful connections and joyous conversations. I really lucked out with my sous chef @latereservations who made the event seamless. Thank you to all the staff members at JBF who worked hard in making this event happen!

What an incredible experience to cook at the @platformbyjbf kitchen. It felt like fulfilling a dream I didn't even know I had. In the next few days I'll be uploading more pictures of the mise en place, dishes, service and team but for today I just want to upload the highlits and a brief message of gratitude. First and foremost I want to thank my Chef and friend @motzburger for teaching me all I know about burger cooking and burger history, for making me a better cook, a better person and for placing the trust in me and the team to execute his vision. I also have to thank my friends and coworkers Hugo and Veronica. The true dream team. There truly isn't another two people I would have rather had worked side by side such an important service.
