THE BOSS LINEUP JUST KEEPS GETTING STRONGER… 🔥

Next up is Latoya Dixon Smith 📸
Latoya is the founder of One Union Studios and Greenville Boudoir, where she blends visual storytelling, embodiment coaching, and leadership development to help women and girls show up with confidence and clarity. With a background in engineering and years of experience behind the camera, she brings a unique approach that connects creativity, structure, and real-world leadership.

Her work goes beyond the surface. Through interactive experiences, Latoya helps participants tap into their presence, understand how they show up, and develop the confidence to move with intention in every space they enter. She creates environments where creativity becomes a tool for self-awareness, growth, and leadership.

At Bloom Upstate, this aligns deeply with our mission to not only expose girls to opportunity, but to equip them with the confidence to walk into those spaces fully as themselves. Latoya’s work reminds us that being seen is just the beginning—knowing who you are and how you lead once you’re in the room is where real transformation happens.
She’s bringing an experience that will challenge, affirm, and empower our girls in a way they won’t forget.

We’re still not done introducing the bosses stepping into the room so register to meet Latoya and the rest of our lineup!
