Tell me I’m not the only ONE?!

“WHY IS LIFE JUST 47 THINGS HAPPENING AT ONCE?! 😂”

Driving here, running there, work, errands, making plans… ALL THE THINGS

And sometimes I just wanna yell… CAN WE ALL JUST SLOW THE HELL DOWN?!

But then again… life would be boring,
+ who the hell would get shit done?! 😂🤷🏻‍♀️

“YOUR BODY CLOCK doesn’t RUN on COFFEE .”
ME: saying this with my coffee in hand. 😂💀☕

Your body has an internal clock. Are you setting it? ☀️

Morning daylight helps regulate your circadian rhythm, supports alertness and helps your body know when it’s time to wake up.

And when conditions allow, sunlight helps your body produce vitamin D.

Sometimes, the best wellness habits aren’t found in a bottle.

They’re right outside your door.

HAPPY 1 YR BIRTHDAY TO OUR HAVE BE DO RETREAT Co!

It’s our turn to have a HBD ! With now 4 sold out retreats, We want to thank every single one of you guys that have trusted us to curate a transformational experience. Our mission is to allow people the space to heal and transform in this lifetime with genuine people, real connections and a life-changing journey. We want to truly allow people to tap in to what was once lost , and now remembered, who they truly are. Our purpose is to live & it’s up to us to find out what to live for. It’s a bold statement but that’s what we do. We help explore the path back to yourself. It’s been me and Damien’s dream to help spread higher consciousness to those who want it. Through our shared mission we have created a community of like minded individuals that are freaking badasses! Each and every single human we have had the privilege of meeting thanks to HBD, has had a profound impact on us AND the beating heart of our growing company. We are beyond grateful, fortunate and blessed to have met such amazing souls along the way. Extra special shoutout to all of our talented Co-Host that have been our Hbd Angels. Happy birthday to our passion project and HBD to all of our “Have Be Doers” !! We are sending you guys so much love !

Huge hugs from Damien & Anneliese 💙🩷

❤️ This past weekend was such a powerful reminder of what happens when people come together with a shared purpose.

There is something about being in the same room, the energy, the conversations, the connection, that simply can’t be replicated virtually.
Seeing friends travel in from different places made the weekend even more meaningful, and I’m already looking forward to the next time we’re all together. ❤️

When a team works together with heart, vision, and purpose, the impact can be incredible. We’re building something unique, sharing a drug-free, ingredient-free wellness technology with people who are looking for a different way to support their overall well-being.

If you’ve been curious about Super Patch but haven’t tried it yet, consider this your invitation.

Reach out. Ask questions. Experience it for yourself and decide what you think.

Sometimes the best way to understand something is simply to try it. ✨

Let go, surrender, let the experience and love guide you. Allowing yourself to be vulnerable is one of the hardest things to do , even with your partner. But when you do it together or with community, in a healing environment, the change becomes TRANSFORMATION. The growth is vast , and allows for farther leaps forward!

Keep an eye out for our next retreat date ;)

Who can guess our next location - write it in the comments 😏🤫🛬🌊🌴

Our beautiful guest and family @laurafallone_ taking us through her journey of transformation. She was able to reconnect with her inner playfulness. Her natural light hearted nature was able to finally take front stage after years of taking the back seat to be a pillar for her family. She had to stay strong and do the challenging things in life before she could return to herself. Her ability to show up with a vulnerable and tender heart despite everything she has been through is the real life goal. She has gone through the fire and back. Despite it all, she put her self love first and is now creating ripple effects of change for every generation in her lineage. She’s a power house and we are so proud of her.

For some it takes a lifetime to find that one special person, for us to took one week to find 16 🎁

We now have 16 more family members to lean on when we need it and there’s no price on that 🥹🫶🏼

At first: we were strangers but at last: we were family

there is always going to be a sense of “anticipation worry” when you’re about to meet a lot of people for the first time.

But there is something that bonds us together when we are able to go through the uncomfortable as one. when we are able to quite literally fly together and pray together, the bond that is formed is unmatched. We are each other‘s safe space to laugh hysterically and sob like we’ve never sobbed before.

I had the privilege to watch 16 beautiful humans transform in just one week. My heart is fulfilled, and my spirit is soaring with joy for all of us.

The only thing now we have to worry about is Love withdrawals lol 😮‍💨

we were around so many people that wanted to love us in their own different ways. All bc we were ourselves. Whether we were outwardly weird or introvertedly sad. There was no stone left unturned when it came to the love and attention that we received from one another. We were each other’s mirrors and we gained valuable lessons from each other. Whether you were in a workshop or not ; everyone learned from one another. The conversations were profound and the connections were real.

I hope for the next weeks, months and years to come that we continue living in our authenticity and power. What we learned this week is going to carry us on for generations.

Love you guys from the depths of my corazón 🥹💗❤️‍🔥
