Grateful for a beautiful morning with the ladies of @weststride and so many incredible women from across Atlanta at the Atlanta Women’s 4 Miler hosted by @atlantatrackclub!

Our crew included women in their teens, 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s, and 70s. Some just started running, some are chasing new goals, and others have been running for most of their lives. Feeling especially lucky to be surrounded by so many strong, encouraging, inspiring women. And a huge thank you to all the clubs and crews out cheering along the course!

Keep celebrating yourselves this weekend, ladies. 💛🏃‍♀️✨

What an amazing day celebrating women everywhere at the Atlanta Women’s 4 Miler today. Thank you to @atlantatrackclub for hosting an amazing event to uplift inclusivity in running, and to women like @kathrineswitzer for paving the way.
