Queens & Peacocks was only going to be one Mastermind.

But we created something rather special.

Something really needed, especially in the North East.

We’ve held three now, and we have SO MUCH MORE planned!

We want to help raise our community as high as they’re willing to go. Together we can achieve so much!

If you’re done with asking permission, playing it small, waiting for the right time, having shit mansplained to you. Then we’re here and we’ve got you!

Come join the movement we’ve accidentally started, but have now made our mission.

Feb 10th 2027.

We can make this work for every business - let us surprise you! If you want more people/clients/customers, let us work out something that suits your business.

Last Thursday, we were out speaking again, this time getting people to think about their ambitions, their goals and whether they’ve actually got the time and capacity to achieve them.

Aly and I delivered an amazing session at the Crack On Club, (thank you so much for asking @expansions_co )
asking everyone to look at exactly what they want to achieve, how much time they’ve genuinely got available and what needs to change to make those goals achievable. It inspired some brilliant discussion, with everyone joining in, people re-evaluating lots of stuff and some brilliant insights from @hollie_nextlevelbrand_ (how on earth have we never met in person before now?!). It absolutely got my brain whirring too!

We notice that with lots of the businesses we work with, there are plenty of ideas, plans and things people want to achieve, but when you look at what’s already happening in the business, there isn’t always the capacity to make them happen.

We got everyone thinking about how they’re spending their time, what their priorities are and what might need to change. That could mean doing something differently, delegating, getting some outside expertise involved or deciding that something can wait.

Our mission with Queens & Peacocks is to get people thinking differently, asking questions and working out how they’re actually going to achieve what they want to do.

When we deliver talks, workshops and masterminds, we want people to leave with something practical and tangible. Decisions they’ve made, actions they can take and something they can actually go away and implement. Between us, we bring years of experience in business strategy, operations, branding, visibility and SEO. We love getting into a room, challenging people’s thinking and helping them turn their ideas into something achievable.

And we love being invited to speak at other people’s events too!

So if you’re organising a networking event, workshop or conference and would like us to come along and deliver something practical, engaging and genuinely useful for your audience, we’d love to have a conversation. 🩷👑🦚

When @bloominitiative2023 invited us to run a workshop at her inaugural Serendipity in Action event on 11th October, we jumped at the opportunity!!

And wow, what a day.

Inspiring and enlightening talks on resilience, mental health, perimenopause, and movement. And workshops ranging from permission to live your life through to bra fitting and boob health, this was a day by women for women, and it was glorious!!

Joyful, wholesome, uplifting, inspirational, community building. So utterly thrilled to have been both participant and host and to meet so many fabulous humans in our neck of the woods ❤️❤️❤️

Same time next year, Verity? 😉

So, who’s coming in Feb?

I’m always up for a challenge, and obvs when @shesapeach.co asked me to run a mastermind with her in Feb 2026 (only a few months ago), my answer was yes!

Fast forward 7 months - just SEVEN months! - and we’ve run 3 Mastermind days, have the next two planned, are finalising a membership, and are about to register Queens & Peacocks as an actually business 🎉🦚🔥

Our mission is simple and our values are true! To raise up as many women as possible with us, to realise their dreams and build their business to fit their lives and ambitions.

We’re grateful to every single woman who has backed us so far - there is so much more to come!!

Who’s coming on this ride with us?
