Grateful to host such a meaningful night with @dimityonthemove, @laurelshort, and our KC running community.

If you haven’t already, make sure to grab a copy of her book, The 27th Mile. Such a powerful take on the deeper side of running and navigating life’s transitions.

Thanks to everyone who came out and made it so special!

This special portrait was made for @laurelshort to give as a birthday gift to her incredible friend, training partner and race buddy, Tiffany! They recently completed the Kansas City Triathlon together and TODAY is Tiffany’s birthday!! 💖🎉🎂

From Laurel: “Tiffany and I met through our kiddo's preschool, and we became fast friends. She inspired me to move from primarily running events to triathlon, and we have trained for/traveled to multiple races together. Our friendship, training support, and being moms together brings so much joy to me! I can't wait to give Tiffany this art as a birthday gift.”

Happy birthday, Tiffany! Here’s to many more miles and adventures together for the two of you!!
