April is blooming with magic — and this month’s energy invites grounding, balance, and intentional reflection.

Zodiac Vibes: As Aries fire settles into earthy Taurus, we’re reminded to slow down and anchor ourselves in what feels safe and true.

Moon Magic: Set intentions with the Taurus New Moon and release what no longer serves you under the Pink Full Moon in Libra.

Tea of the Month: Sip on calming Reishi Mushroom Tea to soothe your nervous system and connect with nature’s rhythms.

Yoga Pose: Triangle Pose grounds and opens the body — perfect for feeling rooted yet expansive.
Meditation of the Month: Cozy up with a good book for a Rainy Day Reading session and let your mind wander in stillness.

Quote to Reflect On:
“It is better to be alone, than in bad company.” – George Washington

Use this month to come back home to yourself. What are you planting? What are you releasing?

Drop a moon emoji if you’re feeling this April energy!

Hi, mama, I know how difficult it is to start & stick with a workout routine when you’re a full-time mama…I also understand how tired, lonely and chaotic you might feel while raising your little, healthy human(s).

That’s where exercising consistently is going to be that game changer.

As a fitness coach for 15 years, a single mama + dog mama, it’s a fact that even the smallest amount of daily movement can transform your whole entire life.

How?

Because you’re showing up consistently to take care of your healthiest self, which supports all other areas of your life to be healthier too. If you’re in pain/ stressed often, then most of your days might be pretty gloomy… You might be angry out of nowhere, up & down with moods because YOU don’t feel good. Us mama’s know when baby isn’t feeling good, we don’t either. It works both ways!

But when we show up to make sure we feel our best, we really start to operate from our body again, rather than just our head, heart, or emotions. We regenerate our homeostasis, which balances our nervous system, strengthens our endurance, and allows us to move with more ease + grace in everything we do.

That’s where this weekly fitness series for you and baby comes in! Join us online/ in person, or both each week are recommended for dope results!

You’ll be covering all your fitness bases through the best principles, strategies & techniques in a 1-hr class in-person & and 45-minute class online! All fitness levels are welcome.

I won a giveaway from @rawfullydeliciouscafe and @kristyle_salon_ that included an beautiful sea glass necklace from @greenvibejewelry 🥰🥰🥰

I also have been wanting a macrame yoga mat strap from @kelseystreasureyoga - so it was the perfect opportunity to grab one from her since she works behind the counter as the smoothie mixmaster - and obviously had to get a protein post workout smoothie plus protein and mushroom coffee AND protein brownie, because double feature workouts require macros before another evening of brewing, bottling and labeling.

There are such a wealth of small businesses in #swfl, so get your ass out of your house and go support them all!

Can’t wait to dig into these goodies. 🥰🥰🥰
