The ‘tail end’ of our time in Alaska, before heading to Japan !

We had many many days at sea , crossing the Bering Straight.

To the incredible Luminara team,

Thank you for an experience I will never forget.

Alaska was breathtaking and the activities, excursions, music, food, drinks, and every detail made the journey phenomenal. But what I will remember most are the people. 🥰

You went above and beyond to make us feel cared for, surprised and delighted through the entire voyage. It was truly the most amazing birthday and I will carry the memories with me forever.

Thank you to the amazing team: Albert, Aldren, Samara, Bilal, Vinnie, Chanel, Adib, Josephine, Amil, Margarita, Isabela, Maria, Emanuel, Jefferson, Matthieu, Jason, Lauryn, Norman, Sibhu, Joseph, Justin, Naomi, Valaria, Esther, and all the others that made our experience truly unforgettable.

To be honest I’ve spent a lot of time on board recently, but the times I have been off, I am struck by the sense that we are visiting only the surface of Alaska. There is so much to explore.

I feel lucky to be around people that allow me to be my self, to be silly, play music and have adventures.

Moma always taught me “the song starts the minute you enter the building before you sing a single note” … my first week on the Luminara has confirmed my mothers words ,, I’m find myself singing through the halls ,, humming to the scenery ,, anticipating every set, every lyric, paying more attention to detail ,, I’m so ready to turn the page to this next chapter of my life. 1 week until 40 and I’ve already learned

…”There’s something special about music at sea. Somehow the ocean makes every song feel a little more personal.” ❌⭕️❌⭕️J.Paul
