🏃‍♂️🇮🇹 Pisa Half Marathon – Completed! ❤️

Today my sister @lavacomms @ord.andy and I completed the Pisa Half Marathon in memory of my dad, raising money for Alzheimer’s Research UK. ❤️

It was a really special experience and one that meant a lot to me personally. Dad sadly passed away earlier this year, so getting across that finish line with him in my thoughts made today even more meaningful.

I just want to say a massive thank you to everyone who has donated and supported me. Your generosity and kind messages really do mean so much to me and my family.

Alzheimer’s is a cruel disease, and hopefully the money raised can play a small part in helping fund the research needed to make a difference to families affected by it.

If you haven’t donated yet and would still like to, the fundraising page is still open. Every donation, no matter how small, is hugely appreciated.

Thank you all again! 🇮🇹❤️

Some afternoons are worth slowing down for, and this was definitely one of them.

I recently enjoyed the most gorgeous afternoon tea at @cowdrayestate in collaboration with @florislondon , to celebrate the launch of their newest fragrance Celest, and it was one of those experiences that felt like a real treat from start to finish.

The setting couldn’t have been more perfect, with the stunning gardens providing the most peaceful backdrop. Every course was beautifully presented, with subtle inspiration taken from Floris’ signature fragrance Celest, making the whole experience feel really unique.

I was fascinated to hear from Floris perfumer @roberta.ion , who shared the inspiration behind their newest fragrance, Celest. Listening to her talk us through the story behind the scent and how each note was carefully chosen—from the fresh brightness of bergamot and English chamomile to the warmth of honey, cedarwood and rich balsamic notes—made me appreciate the artistry that goes into creating a fragrance even more.

The scent draws inspiration from the ancient rituals of perfumery, blending tradition with a modern interpretation.

That same inspiration carried through to the afternoon tea, with every course thoughtfully designed to reflect the fragrance. It made the entire experience feel so immersive and unlike anything I’ve done before.

Who knew melting in the heat could smell this good? ☀️🌸

I had the pleasure of visiting @cowdrayestate to celebrate the launch of Celest, the newest fragrance from @florislondon, the oldest English fragrance house.

It was fascinating to hear from Floris perfumer @roberta.ion, who guided us through the notes of Celest and the inspiration behind the scent. The experience didn’t stop there, as those very same notes were beautifully translated into a limited-edition afternoon tea, creating a truly immersive celebration of fragrance, flavour and British craftsmanship.

Every bite was delicious, but the standout for me was the incredible scone. Easily one of the best I’ve ever had!

It also happened to be one of the hottest days of the year, but the stunning @cowdray_thewalledgarden, wonderful company and unforgettable experience made every degree worth it.

If you’re looking for a unique summer day out, I’d definitely recommend experiencing both the Celest fragrance and the Cowdray x Floris Afternoon Tea.

Thank you @cowdrayhouse and @florislondon for such a memorable afternoon. 💛

With a heavy heart, I have to share the passing of my Dad, John O’Neill.

He was a much loved husband, father, brother and friend, and is already greatly missed by us all.

The funeral will take place on Friday, 24 April, and all who knew him are welcome to join us in celebrating his life.

Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to Alzheimer’s charities or the British Heart Foundation would be greatly appreciated.

I would like to thank everyone for the love, support, and acts of kindness shown to me and my family. I truly didn’t realise just how much it would help, and we are so grateful.

Some weddings need only a few words, the photos say everything.
The energy of this incredible couple, a table bursting with color, a romantic ceremony in the heart of Florence, and a reception in a truly unique location.

1/2 - 2025 was a year of new beginnings. I became an aunty (twice!), my own boss and the owner of a small but sweet little flat. I watched my friends get married and make incredible work. I danced a little and meditated a lot. I cried in Danish lakes, detoxed in Austria and ran just about everywhere. I also learned that Diet Pepsi dance but I’ll spare you from that…

One night in Florence, I slept in a 15th-century palazzo — 💤 where nobles once slept, and sipping wine in secret courtyards.

Thank you @staythistimetomorrow @lavacomms , and Florence, for the memories.

P.S. Skip to the end — I love how this five-year-old is never without a lip gloss in hand 💄😅
