This is my second year teaching this choreography to Tate McRae – Exes by @lavina.w and I honestly still LOVE it. 🥹🔥 But this year… the energy you girls bring is on another level. Seeing so many beginners absolutely smash this choreography makes me want to take it beyond Leeds. 👀💃 So I’m thinking… should I bring this beginners class to another city? Where should I go first? 📍 Manchester 📍 Sheffield 📍 York 📍 Somewhere else?

There was a time when I would’ve spent hours overthinking what people thought of me. Now? I’m too busy doing something I genuinely love. Running a business. Teaching sold out dance classes. Watching strangers become friends. Helping women walk into a room feeling nervous and leave standing a little taller. Life becomes so much more peaceful when you’re focused on building something that matters to you. That’s the energy I’m protecting. 🤍💃 If you’re in Leeds and you’ve been looking for a hobby that builds confidence, gets you moving, and introduces you to the loveliest women, we’d love to have you. Comment “LEEDS” and I’ll send you the booking link. ✨

We know how nerve-racking it can be to walk into a dance class for the first time. 🤍 Maybe you’ve never danced before. Maybe you’re worried you’ll be too slow. Maybe you’re scared everyone else will be better than you. That’s exactly why we’ve opened a brand new Absolute Beginners Class every Thursday, 6–7pm. 💃 ✨ Absolute Beginners (6–7pm) Perfect if you’ve never danced before. We’ll focus on coordination, balance, posture, confidence, and a shorter choreography in a smaller group with more practice time. ✨ Beginners Choreography (7–8pm) Perfect if you’ve already built a little confidence and are ready to learn a full routine at a slightly quicker pace. Over the past few weeks, our community has grown so much, and I’m honestly so grateful. Every class welcomes new faces, and hearing how safe, supportive and empowering you all find this space means the world to me. That’s always been my goal. Not perfection. Not getting every step right. Just creating a place where women can move their bodies, laugh, build confidence, try something new, and leave feeling happier than when they walked in. If you’ve been thinking about coming, this is your sign. We’d love to welcome you. 💖 📍 ADV Studio, Leeds 📍 LS2 7QG Comment LEEDS and I’ll send you the booking link! ✨

I’m getting emotional editing this video 🥹🤍 When I started teaching dance, I thought I was teaching choreography. I didn’t realise I’d be bringing together women from different backgrounds, careers, ages, and life experiences into one room. Women who arrive as strangers and leave with new friends. Women who arrive nervous and leave a little more confident. Women who inspire me just as much as I hope I inspire them. The older I get, the more I realise the real flex isn’t money, followers, clothes, or status. It’s impact. It’s knowing someone felt a little less alone because they came to your class. It’s knowing someone tried something new because you encouraged them. It’s knowing someone walked into a room scared and walked out proud of themselves. The legacy we leave won’t be measured by what we owned. It will be measured by the people we helped, the confidence we built, the communities we created, and the lives we touched along the way. And for that, I’ll always be grateful 💖 To every woman who has ever walked through my studio doors: thank you for being part of this community. You have no idea how much you’ve changed my life too ✨

Honestly, becoming a dance teacher in my 20s has been one of the most unexpected blessings of my life 🤍 I thought I was just teaching choreography. I didn’t realise I’d meet so many funny, kind, supportive, inspiring women along the way. Women who showed up nervous and stayed brave. Women who came alone and left with friends. Women who reminded me that confidence is built together. Every class, every laugh, every chaotic filming session, every “one more run” at the end… became memories I’ll genuinely never forget 💃 I’m really grateful this little idea turned into a community. And I’m really grateful for every single girl who walked through those studio doors ✨
