Congratulations to the cast and crew of @shangchi! A smashing movie (literally), smashing box office records. Phenomenal to see such great turnout this weekend! Thank you to @destindaniel, production designer @sue.chan.pd, my old buddy editor @alsoharry and the rest of their team for coming out to the @giantleapmedia #goldopen last night at the El Cap! Keep this train moving folks! Thank you @lawryee of @thewrap for hosting the evening, thank you @optimistak888 and all sponsors for supporting the venerated theater takeover, and @spacedj1 and @hellonobodycares for spearheading this amazing outing to prove that cinema has a healthy hearty pulse. An Asian American @marvelstudios superhero? What a time to be alive! 👏 👏 👏 #shangchi
