A Day in the Life: Solicitor Apprentice Edition ✨

Ever wondered what a day as a Level 7 Solicitor Apprentice really looks like? Here’s a glimpse behind the scenes, from studying with @bpp_group to working in practice gaining real experience, every day is a step towards qualification.

I’m proud to be part of a growing community proving that you don’t need to choose between learning and earning, you can do both, with the right support.

But here in Wales, aspiring solicitors are still waiting for full funding for Level 7 apprenticeships. It’s time to open more doors and keep talent in our communities.

🔗 Let’s keep pushing for L7 Funding in Wales, for future solicitors, for our profession, for our clients.

Our Paralegals – Ffion, Sydney, and Courtney – had the privilege of attending the Cardiff & District The @lawsocwales (CDLS) International Women's Day celebration yesterday! 🎉

It was a fantastic event that brought together incredible guest speakers to share their journeys into law and discuss how they’ve contributed to gender equality in both their professional and personal lives. The event also sparked meaningful conversations about how we can collectively accelerate progress and drive sustainable change for a more inclusive future. 🌍✨

Big thanks to Eversheds and TSR Legal Recruitment for making this free event possible. 🙏

A truly inspiring day as we all work toward creating more opportunities and pushing for greater gender equality in law! 💪👩‍⚖️

For #PrideCymru, we teamed up with #CardiffLawSociety and #SolicitorsRegulationAuthority for the third year 🤝 marking a huge show of support from the legal community in Cardiff.

All are equal under the law.

We enjoyed breakfast at our #Cardiff office and joined some incredible Cardiff based #businesses to walk in the main #parade.

Thank you also to all our #colleagues who joined us on Saturday!
