We have been working on breaking the habit of crossing her hands and flinging the stick on her follow through. She is getting it now. Look at the backside elbow pull through by @laxlife_deja ❤️

Why is that board in their faces? To understand the space they need to make certain dodges.

🔥 Want to be unguardable? It starts with mastering how you move. Shifting your body weight and learning to explode laterally AND vertically is the secret to becoming truly shifty — and this drill is one of our go-to methods to build that elite movement. ⚡️

Being “shifty” isn’t luck — it’s FOOTWORK, balance, and intentional reps. When you can change direction smoothly, adjust your weight instantly, and react without losing speed, you become a different kind of athlete. This drill teaches athletes how to move in space with control, confidence, and explosiveness 🚀.

In today’s session we’re exaggerating knee bend, hip hinge, and ankle mobility so athletes can FEEL what it’s like to stay low and be explosive. Getting lower to the ground isn’t just a skill — it’s a weapon.

It all starts with quick feet and mastering your change of direction — and this hurdle footwork drill is exactly how we build it! 🏃‍♂️💨 Fast feet, sharp cuts, and staying low in every movement separates the good from the GREAT. Every rep you take here is game speed prep — the more you drill it, the quicker and more explosive you’ll be in real competition. 🔥

Level up your dodges 💨 — because creating SPACE creates PLAYS! 💪🏽

Every rep builds confidence. Every move sets up your next highlight.

Work your angles, sell the fake, own the lane. Ready to separate from the pack? 👀🔥

🏹 Train smart. Train fast. Train with purpose.
