Some people change your life forever.

What started as a job—being their nanny—quickly became family.
Lainey and Ellie were my shining stars, my perfect girls.
They brought joy and light wherever they went, loving big and laughing loud.

Both girls were hilarious and beautiful in their own right.
Lainey was fearless—a pilot, a chef, a world traveler, a true force of nature.
Ellie was my little one—so kind and full of grace, dancing through life with a light all her own.

They made me so proud.
The way they loved Anna and stood up for the underdog said everything about who they were—girls with hearts of pure gold.

Mark was one of a kind—always chasing adventure (and a good meal)—with his best friend Stella never far behind.

A piece of my heart left with them.
The love I have for them runs deep—it’s the kind that fills every corner of your soul. A world without them seems impossible.
Please keep Misty in your prayers as she faces the hardest days ahead.

My world (and my family’s) are better because we got to love them.
It was the greatest honor of my life.

It still doesn’t feel real that @southeastplantshow has come and gone. I am still riding the high of just how much this weekend meant to me and just how successful it was. This happiness will stick with me forever.

I accomplished so much this weekend that I can’t wait to share with you all. I crossed a lot of milestone, put myself out there in a way I never have before and proved to myself that anything I want to accomplish… I can! And that’s a beautiful thing.

But more importantly and what I want to show off now is just how amazing our community is. I met so many beautiful souls this weekend and had so many amazing and brilliant conversations. Things that will stick with me forever. Some highlights are:

spending time with our amazing influencer team. Especially in our pretty cool Airbnb. It was giving big brother in the best way…

Getting to meet @thechocolatebotanist and @blackinthegarden @condoplantmama @_plantswithkrystal_ and get so much good advice, encouragement and love from them.

Watching @urbnflockr @plantsinafarmhouse @blackinthegarden @veggetable purchase some of my art. It was my first time vending and you ladies have no idea how much confidence and joy you brought me…. Thank you truly.

And of course getting to hear some of the vendors amazing stores and journeys.

I truly am so humbled and thankful for this weekend.
