TWO Foundation Fellows recently toured Georgia State University’s Creative Media Industries Institute (CMII) for an immersive experience exploring the intersection of creativity, technology, and entertainment. 🎥🎮

From touring the podcast studio and green screen stage to exploring the video game design lab and State’s music production studio, our Fellows gained firsthand exposure to the tools, technology, and career pathways shaping today’s creative industries. They also had the opportunity to engage with CMII faculty and students, gaining valuable insights into academic programs, campus life, and careers within the creative media industry.

At TWO Foundation, we’re turning exposure into opportunity through career readiness, experiential learning, leadership, and economic empowerment.

"A vision without a plan is just a wish."

We officially kicked off the 2026 TWO Foundation Fellowship at the Columbus Library with five extraordinary student leaders from Shaw High School! 🎓✨

During our 3-hour intensive workshop, our Fellows dove headfirst into self-discovery, growth, and leadership:

🔍 Self-Awareness & Reflection: Uncovered core strengths, personal values, and unique leadership styles.

🎯 Journey Mapping & SMART Goals: Mapped out 3-5-7 year plans and crafted actionable, measurable goals to turn their vision into reality.

💪🏽 Self-Motivation: Learned how to leverage their innate strengths to navigate challenges in their upcoming junior year and beyond.

At the TWO Foundation, we believe exposure is transformational. Over the next 12 months, this cohort will gain access to professionals across sports, business, engineering, and real estate; equipping them with the confidence and skills to lead.

💬 Now, over to you: What’s your #1 best tip for setting and sticking to your goals? Drop it in the comments below! 👇👇

Great companies aren’t built during easy times, they’re built through adversity.

During The Huddle Speaking Series at the 7th Annual College & Career Expo, Phillip Scotton, COO of Primo Partners, shared a powerful lesson with students: challenges don’t define you, how you respond to them does.

From intern to franchisee to executive leader overseeing Ben & Jerry’s and Starbucks locations, Phillip’s journey is proof that resilience, perseverance, and a willingness to learn through difficult moments can create extraordinary opportunities.

Every setback carries a lesson. Every obstacle presents a chance to grow.

🎥 Watch this clip and hear why adversity may be the greatest advantage you’ll ever have.

From INTERN to owning 25+ Ben & Jerry’s & Starbucks locations, this is what happens when you bet on yourself before the world catches up.

COO of Primo Partners, Phillip Scotton’s journey is a masterclass in putting in the work without always knowing the outcome. From humble beginnings to building an empire, his story is a reminder that success isn’t linear, it’s earned through consistency, grit, and carving out your own lane when no blueprint exists.

A powerful conversation on leadership, growth, and creating opportunities instead of waiting for them. Stay tune for more from TWO Foundation’s new speaker series, The Huddle.
