"A vision without a plan is just a wish."

We officially kicked off the 2026 TWO Foundation Fellowship at the Columbus Library with five extraordinary student leaders from Shaw High School! 🎓✨

During our 3-hour intensive workshop, our Fellows dove headfirst into self-discovery, growth, and leadership:

🔍 Self-Awareness & Reflection: Uncovered core strengths, personal values, and unique leadership styles.

🎯 Journey Mapping & SMART Goals: Mapped out 3-5-7 year plans and crafted actionable, measurable goals to turn their vision into reality.

💪🏽 Self-Motivation: Learned how to leverage their innate strengths to navigate challenges in their upcoming junior year and beyond.

At the TWO Foundation, we believe exposure is transformational. Over the next 12 months, this cohort will gain access to professionals across sports, business, engineering, and real estate; equipping them with the confidence and skills to lead.

@the2foundation wraps up 2024 with the 2nd Annual Sports & Entertainment Symposium, and what a year it’s been! A heartfelt thank you to this year’s incredible panelists— @qtbuck @toniann_williams and @danniiib__ for the lasting impact you made on the students my alma mater, Shaw High School (@shawraiders). This year’s focus on the character, integrity, and resilience it takes to build a career in the sports and entertainment industry sparked truly inspiring conversations.

On Dec 14th, 2023, we hosted our inaugural Sports and Entertainment Symposium (SES). Our mission is to prepare aspiring youth for professional careers in the sports & entertainment industry through experiential opportunities. The symposium featured industry professionals from Nike, Reebok, Under Armour, Delta Air Lines, Open on Sunday Music Investments, Warner Media, NFL, and Brilliantine Productions.

The symposium was composed of two interactive panel discussions geared towards economic and social development and securing industry-specific knowledge and a keynote speaker presentation. Thank you to the faculty and staff at Shaw High School and our amazing panelists, Kalin Tate (@kaydesiraye), Shelby Thomas (@_shelbypatrice), Sasha Chaplin (@sashie22),
Shawn Richardson (@shawnmaurice), Taylor Polidore (@taylorpolidore),

Love is patient and love is kind, and I had the opportunity to witness it in real life back in November during my brother’s, @zprince.co, wedding. Thank you for an amazing experience and showing me one of the most beautiful things in life, true love.

A few weeks ago my team and I executed Delta’s Team USA Pavilion at Delta’s largest employee event of the year, Boulevard Bash. Delta welcomed over 30,000 employees and their families to its main campus to enjoy an afternoon of food, activations, and music. I had the pleasure of hosting the pavilion’s Meet the Athletes section. It was nothing short of amazing meeting and speaking with Olympians, @jaggereaton and @ashleighjohnson as well as Paralympians, @treyjenifer and @malloryweggemann.
