Who wants this piece in their home? 🤔
It’s a 36”x36” Acrylic painting about a young soul laying away, thinking of all the possibilities life has to offer. Not jaded by the cruelty of awareness and responsibility.
Not jaded by self doubt and a bag full “what ifs”.
Just a young soul, listening to music, good vibes, great ideas, and a plan to always keep moving forward.
I remember being this kid 20 years ago.
How times flies ❤️‍🩹

Twelve women. One table. One conversation.

The night after her opening at the Rubell Museum DC, we gathered at Croix to honor Genesis Tramaine, a painter whose work insists that Black devotional life belongs at the center of the story.

No panel. No program. No press. Just a table long enough to hold the women building what comes next, and an evening that asked nothing of anyone except presence.

Presented by @leagueoto and Swain's, in honor of @genesistramaine.
Hosted at @croixrooftop.

Culture is capital.

THE NEW VANGUARD

12 powerful women.
12 powerful voices.
One table.

We can only imagine the conversations, perspectives, ideas, and connections that will come from bringing these women together.

An intimate evening centered around fellowship and the art world—collecting, creativity, culture, artists, galleries, influence, and everything in between.

We believe women are a new driving force in shaping the future of the art world, and The New Vanguard is a space to celebrate that influence while creating meaningful connections.

Presented by LeagueOTO & Swain.

Invite Only.
The conversation starts at the table.
The possibilities go far beyond it.
