Meet Leah ~ the BRAINS 🧠 & wit behind one of the most educational workshops in Maiden to Mother.

Leah is such a powerful woman & I’m honestly in awe of her brain & ability to get through the toughest of times in motherhood. She is a single mother to 3 (set of twins) and has a long history of neuroscience research. Now Leah has taken a different turn, adding breathwork & somatics to her skill set. She is a dynamic mama & a multifaceted practitioner!

Leah brings the perfect combination of neuroscience & spirituality to empower the mothers joining through educating them on everything regarding Matrescence.

I feel honoured to have @leahaligned joining us for week 3 🌹 if you’re on the fence you only have a few more days to join. DM me ❤️

🌹 Maiden to Mother 🌹 DOORS ARE OPEN!

Becoming a mother is the most profound, confusing, transformational, inspiring & gut wrenching rite of passages women will ever experience.

And it requires guidance, support & tools to be able to alchemise the identity shifts that come with this journey.

🌺Maiden to Mother is life changing 6 week somatic based program for mothers who are ready to EVOLVE & discover the magic of what this identity shift can mean for them.

6 unique LIVE sessions designed and facilitated by experienced professionals and mothers, each bringing years of clinical, embodied, and lived expertise.

❌ This is not a parenting class.

🌹 This is for the mothers. The mothers that are ready to step back into the drivers seat of their lives. Mothers who are ready to break generational patterns, expand their nervous systems, discover their unique patterns and blocks and take the tools from this program to shift into the confident & powerhouse woman this transition is asking of them.

Are you ready to join a community of women that are dedicated to becoming the most authentic & connected versions of themselves?

COMMENT ‘M2M’ to get your invitation 💌 & find out more!

We’re not meant to do this alone!

These families chose to lessen their load with postpartum midwifery care. In their home. Doing it their way. 🫧
