Dear midlife baddie,

In a world where you get to create your own reality, build the world you want to live in.

We’re here to create.
To speak it into existence.
To dream it, choose it, and make it real.

You’re allowed to make your life a whole lot fucking magical.

This is your life. Create accordingly

✨ Fabulous Fearless Females of February – Next Installment ✨

This time I’m sitting down with my beautiful friend Leah Bosher aka @lotustherapiessk as she shares her powerful journey to creating a life on her terms in Puerto Vallarta.
From where she started to where she is now, Leah’s story is one of courage, reinvention, and choosing alignment over expectation. She opens up about what it really took to step into freedom — not just geographically, but emotionally and spiritually.

And let’s just say… when two women who love growth, freedom, and deep conversation sit down together, “short and sweet” was never really on the table. What was meant to be a quick chat turned into a full-bodied, heart-led conversation. No timers were harmed in the making of this episode.

Living life on your own terms isn’t a fantasy. It’s a decision. And Leah is living proof that when you trust yourself, follow the pull, and do the inner work, everything can change.

If you’ve ever felt the nudge for “more”…

If you’ve ever dreamed of rewriting the script…

If you’ve ever wondered what’s possible when you actually choose YOU…

You’re going to love this conversation.

Fearless women keep rising.

Oh Mexico 🇲🇽✨
@anarchapulco.official did not disappoint.

I was surrounded by some of the most incredible humans on the planet — true movers, shakers, and light leaders who are here to make our world better.

So grateful to represent @ezra_healing as we continue our mission of bringing a new health system to the world.

I was also blessed to finally meet my beautiful co-author Leah in person, and share time with my mentor, coach, and friend @jasonchristoff1 , who treated us to an unforgettable beachfront dinner.

Met so many amazing souls, had an NAD infusion, and even stocked up on some Silver Bitz ✨

Mexico magic is real.

La gozadera 💃
Because dancing brings people together—across stories, borders, and seasons of life.

When life brings you to Puerto Vallarta where your new friend lives, of course you dance together.

This is Leah. I met her this year after we both wrote and published our stories in Women Who Rose From Ashes.
Two women. Similar pain. Different journeys.

We both hit that point where we were done with how our lives felt—and decided to choose differently.

Let this be a reminder:
sometimes it doesn’t start with a big plan.
Sometimes it starts with saying yes to one new thing—like learning a new dance! Leah you’re fierce and I’m getting to stay with you next year!!!💋

Wild how much can change when you stop surviving and start dancing with life again 💃✨

Women Who Rose from ashes isn’t just pretty in pink—it’s powerful, unapologetic, and far from picture-perfect fairytales or tidy little happily-ever-afters.

It’s about real women who have been burned—by relationships, by ones they loved, by the systems, by illness, and by life itself—and yet, still they chose to rise!

🎄✨ This Christmas, give a gift that actually means something. ✨🎄

Instead of another candle or scarf, give a story that moves the soul.

📖 Women Who Rose from Ashes is the perfect gift for your
🎀 Mother
🎀 Grandmother

These pages hold real stories of resilience, rebirth, and becoming HER.
The kind of book that gets underlined, dog-eared, passed along, and talked about over coffee.

If you’re gifting from the heart this Christmas… this is it.

Even though we’ve never met in person, Leah has been in my cards since 2021.
She was actually meant to rent the house I now own in Nicaragua — but the universe rerouted her and guided me in instead.
We finally connected when she found me on Instagram and realized I was living in the home she had planned on escaping to in 2021.

Leah just recently took a massive leap so many are terrified to take — she left her nursing profession, left Canada, and moved to Mexico just a few weeks ago.
And girl… she is ON FIRE.

It was divine timing that she was guided into my life — and now she’s a close friend and one of our incredible authors in this book.

Leah, I am so damn proud of you.
Thank you for being in my circle.
I f*ckin g love you, girl.
And I’m so happy you are finally living your life with joy, freedom, and true happiness!
