A lot of people put off booking because they don't actually know what to expect.

So here's exactly what it looks like.

We start with a proper conversation. What's going on, how long it's been there, what you've already tried.

Then a full assessment of how you're actually moving - not just poking around where it hurts.

That's usually where the picture starts to make sense.

From there I'll tell you honestly what I think is going on and what I'd suggest we do about it.

No jargon, no surprises. Nothing happens without you understanding why.

If not knowing what to expect is what's been holding you back, hopefully this helps.

Work has been overly worky this seems to be a running theme and I really miss the calm 🥲 but I’ve had a couple of days off and I’m not due in until Friday so a bit of time away from the building might help

New program is running well and i’m getting to grips with it and I had a MUCH NEEDED date with @leahrose.m who brightens my life and warms my soul ❤️

It’s my birthday between now and the next weekly recap 🤭 so I’m going to train for fun and enjoy my downtime 😴

Comfort zones don’t build strength, showing up and pushing through does. Becoming better every single day, falling in love with the process, not just the progress. @4mffitness knows how to make you break a sweat😂and I love that, lifting weights alone don’t make you strong if you can’t use your body weight for regular workouts then you’re not strong
