Afraid of looking overdone? Start here, before you book anything.

This is the complimentary Face Card from The Plump Room, and it is the first step in how I practice facial balancing in Coral Gables.

You tap the areas you notice. A line, a shadow, a lip, the jaw. Choose as many as you like. Nothing you select is a commitment. Then you tell me in your own words what brought you in. “I look tired.” “Gentle changes with age.” “I want to still look like me.”

I read every one myself, then send your Face Card back to you digitally by text.

Here is why I built it this way.

Most women walk into a first injectables appointment having never been shown what is possible, so they point to the one place they see it. But the line you notice is usually the last place the change shows up. Support leaves higher in the face first. The brow lowers and the forehead works harder to hold it.

So your selections open the conversation. They never decide the plan. I map the whole face before anything is treated, then sequence the work so results look natural, undetectable and like you.

That is the difference between treating an area and balancing a face. Whether it is preventative botox or structural support, the work is meant to disappear into you.

Save this for the day you are ready. Send it to the friend who keeps saying she does not want to look done.

The Face Card is in my bio.

Most of what you know about devices came from a rep, a sales deck or a Google search at midnight.

Thursday, 10/22 you get the other side. @stephdiaz.co of @theplumproom walks through what to understand before a device ever enters your practice. @leahskinmethod breaks down how devices work together for the patient in front of you. You leave knowing which questions to ask, whether you buy one this year or never.

Drop your device question in our story box today and we’ll bring it to the room.

Thursday, October 22 · 6:30 to 9pm · Miami
Three days. Last spots at the link in bio.

Send this to the injector who’s been curious about devices.

Every injector has that one patient she’s still not sure how to treat. Which devices to stack, in what order, how far to push it.

On October 22, @leahskinmethod walks through how she thinks about devices, lasers and technology, and you can bring that case into a room of injectors who will actually talk it through. No judgment, just learning (sharing a case is optional).

Steph is also talking through purchasing a device for your business.

The goal is to walk out with at least one real professional relationship, not a stack of business cards.

Thursday, October 22 in Miami. Limited spots at the link in bio.

Send this to the injector you’d want weighing in on your case.

What’s the device question you’d bring to Leah?

Gods will is so much better 💗

Took a brain bleed for me to understand this. If I never got to coach, run a business, or do anything noteworthy again does that mean Gods will for my life failed?

I truly believed for so long my worth as tied to my success, productivity, and how much I could “do” in this world.

Now I know whether I ever fulfill the big dreams I have or not, whether I ever become a wife or mother or not (oofff this one hurts writing) Gods will is being done in my life.

Thank you God 🥹 it’s all about you ☝🏻

Most of what you know about running a practice, you learned alone.

On Thursday, October 22, Steph & Leah are putting the injectors who take this work seriously in one room.

The night is about clinical excellence, patient outcomes, and Steph is leading a session on purchasing a device for your business.

No forced mingling, no syringe counts, just the conversations you can’t have in a comment section.

Thursday, October 22, 6:30 to 9pm in Miami. Space is limited!

Grab your spot at the link in bio & send this to the injector you want sitting next to you.

Who’s the one injector you’d bring with you? Tag her!

Years of persistent acne. Countless prescriptions, topical treatments, and temporary improvements, only for the breakouts to return.

For @theplumproom, discovering Vivant Skincare and incorporating regular facials into her routine marked a turning point after years of struggling with her skin.

A reminder that finding the right skincare regimen can make all the difference. 🤍
