The business model of AI is that you continue using AI AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE.

Automatically, AI will NOT tell you what you need to hear, but WHAT YOU WANT to hear. It will always support your perspective.

BUT ChatGPT is an app you can just quit. You can just close the app.
There’s NOT GOING TO BE SOMEONE WHO HOLDS YOU ACCOUNTABLE to anything.

This is the most important difference between using ChatGPT, or talking to a person, a specialist, a Human-Therapist.

People are discussing their attachment issues, their emotional problems, with artificial “intelligence”.

I studied AI. I do know a little bit about the background, what AI is, and I want you to know two things about AI.

The first thing is AI works: Shit In, Shit Out.
So the output is only as good as the quality of the input.
AI is statistics on Roids.

What the AI is outputting heavily depends on the data that it has been trained on.

It is in no way trained on your personal life.
It is trained on the worldwide web, on the internet.

If you are asking #ChatGPT a question, the answer that it gives is based on what people are writing, publishing, on the internet.

The ChatBot is not tailored towards your specific situation, or case.

Same girl. Same work ethic. Different strategy. Different results.💃🏼

Thank you, 2025.❤️
I’ve grown so much through you, learned so many lessons, faced countless challenges, and evolved in ways I never imagined.

I’m incredibly grateful to have a passion that truly fulfills me, such amazing people in my life, a strong and healthy body, and so, so much more.

Of course, not everything always goes perfectly—but looking back, everything always makes sense the way it unfolds.

2025 taught me to do life my way.
To live for myself and shape my life in a way that truly feels good — because it’s my life.
I stopped caring about other people’s opinions and stopped forcing myself to be liked.
Those who appreciate me as I am, I value deeply.
Those who don’t — that’s completely okay.
Living as my true, authentic self showed me that when you’re real, you naturally attract the people who truly align with you.
I’m not here to be perfect.
I’m here to learn, grow, love the process, embrace the imperfections,
and inspire others to do the same.

Danke auch an Chatti fürs Übersetzen 😝😂

Looking forward to 2026. ✨

Guten Tag meine liebenswerten Menschen,

Habt ihr Fragen dann immer her damit.

Swipe to see the NYC Time 🗽

This time was about having a balance between…

2️⃣ exploring the city
3️⃣ and have good work sessions with the best coffee ☕️ @787coffee

4️⃣&5️⃣… a balance between going to the gym and going out

6️⃣&7️⃣ …It was about trying new things. Can be new food or a @soulcycle class 🚴🏽‍♂️🚴🏼‍♀️

8️⃣ …about having a good time and good conversations with the right people

9️⃣… staying with my routines which are serving my goals

🔟 … and having the time for me and myself, catching new thoughts, ideas and enjoying NY

See you next year - because NY is always a good idea 🍎🫶🏼

You dream of faraway places, crystal-clear water, wild adventures.

But maybe it’s your first big trip.

Maybe the idea of landing in a new country alone makes your heart race and not in a good way.

Maybe you’re craving connection.
You want to go to beach bars, dive into the ocean, dance on a boat, try it all but not alone.

That’s exactly why I created this trip.

This November, we’re escaping to the Philippines – together.

A small group of women. No stress. No fear.

Just freedom, friendship, and the kind of experiences you’ll talk about for years.

This is your sign. ✨💌
DM me “SIARGAO” for the full info.
Let’s make this the trip of your life.
