@hardtaildad joined me to run his neighbourhood after work tonight.
I brought my bike for a few stunts with his son Forrest

We can do this but...

We will need the crew to show up.

Let's show some crew love for the important and impactful work of @aboriginalhealthcentre and surpass last year's fundraising efforts of $5300.

You buy raffle tickets.
There's a chance you walk away with a prize from one of our incredible partners and friends.
And...
100% of your donations support the cause.

All of the details are in a post pinned to the top of our feed.

Let's get it.
Together.

We are The Corners.
We are better together.

Pedaled the old neighbourhood for a couple hours, a few laughs and caught up on life.

An afternoon Spentwell.

@wearspentwell nailed it with these colours 🔥

I’ve been in need of a new running hat and I’m stoked to rock this bad boy.

Shoutout to @leedenn for tossing in some socks. This guy knows the way to my heart!

A local company doing dope stuff! Check them out!

A day Spentwell at the @palatinehillsestatewinery Rambler Run.

Thanks to everyone who stopped by, picked up some gear. Seeing Spentwell out in the wild and meeting the people behind the support made this one feel special.

Good people. Good miles. Time and energy spent well.

We came for the run, stayed for the community.
Big smiles and plenty of memories. Here’s to more miles, more moments and more time spent together.
