Two chefs. One exceptional evening.
On November 6, Eden Kitchen welcomes Jérôme Banctel from La Réserve Paris for an exclusive Four-Hands Dinner alongside Executive Chef Marco Ortolani.
Together, they will present a six-course culinary experience, thoughtfully paired with exceptional wines from Cos d’Estournel. An evening where culinary creativity, French savoir-faire and the art of fine wine come together.

Juicy, tender poulet de Mayenne, marinated in buttermilk (lait ribot) and served with a tartlet of chanterelles and an incredibly flavorful sauce made from the chicken stock 💥😍🙌

I was really surprised with the poulp fumé, vierge de légumes, tielle fondante at @legabrielparis. I jokingly commented that @jeromebanctel was really brave to serve this to an Asian diner like me, because the octopus was glazed with hoisin sauce! The foam and salsa on the side also tasted of yuzukosho #柚子胡椒.
.
I found out later that chef @linhnguyen.cuisine is responsible for creation in the kitchen, so that may be why Asian flavors are present throughout the menu.

Perfect summer dish with Juono 🍅 from Bretagne cooked in such a way that it preserves all it‘s juices and flavors and served with sauce made with tomato water and herbs 🍅🙌

The rice to accompany my quail at @legabrielparis was finished tableside. Loved the fruity acidity from tamarind in the rice.
