This weekend, my bestie Sofia came to stay with me for Rosh Hashanah.

At some point during the weekend, she realized she had lost one of her diamond earrings.

She had lost this same earring before and somehow gotten it back, but this time she said, “I think it’s time to let it go. I’m not sure it will come back to me again.”

And while I love and respect her ability to let go, to surrender, and not cling to an outcome, there was one thing I wasn’t willing to buy into:

The loss of certainty in the best possible outcome.

I said to her, “If ever there were a day for you to find this earring again, it would be Rosh Hashanah.”

Because Rosh Hashanah asks us to examine the beliefs that have become limitations and imagine that they might not be as fixed as we think.

It is a holiday of change, personal transformation, and the possibility that in a single moment, something can shift and a new trajectory can begin.

The shofar is blown to awaken us from spiritual sleep. Its sound is primal. It interrupts our habitual patterns and calls us back to something deeper than the stories we’ve been repeating.

It reminds us that whatever predicament we find ourselves in is not necessarily permanent.

The obstacle itself is part of the invitation.

It makes me think of Ganesh in the Hindu tradition, invoked as the remover of obstacles, while also understood as the one who places obstacles in our path.

There is something beautiful to me about that paradox.

Spiritual growth can feel like being in constant play with the Divine.

I am here to experience the obstacle, my humanness, my fear, my limitations.

And I am also here to remember that there is a higher consciousness within me capable of seeing possibility where, moments before, I could see none.

Surrender doesn’t have to mean giving up on the miracle.

It can mean releasing our grip on how it has to happen while staying open to what is possible.

All of this to say:
❤️It was a beautiful Rosh Hashanah weekend.
✨Weekend beach parking was easy.
🙏And Sofia got her diamond earring back.

GTL sessions Malaga 2026!

What a privilege it was to capture this event hosted by @gtlsessions bringing Tour Managers and suppliers together! It’s more than just a networking event, it’s filled with inspiring talks and discussions as well as a chance for people to meet who they might only email or cross paths with briefly whilst on tour!

These are a few of my favourite shots out of the 700+ I delivered, as well as video highlights and interviews!

Always looking forward to the next job with @tpimagazine !

For Day 1 of our Symposia Sessions, we’re kicking things off with a strong line-up of talks.

From mental health on a global tour in Radical Optimism, to physical wellbeing on the road in Fuelling the Machine, the focus is on looking after yourselves and your teams to get the best from life on the road.

We then move into open conversation with Roadies Roundtable. A space for honest discussion, shared experiences, and the kind of storytelling that might just change the way you approach touring.

Day 1 brings together a range of perspectives from across the touring world! 🌍

Longevity isn’t about restriction — it’s about daily decisions.

One of our practitioners shares 3 simple diet shifts that support preventative health and long-term vitality:

1️⃣ Eat SUPERFOODS examples: Bee Pollen, Algae, Wheatgrass
2️⃣ Eat a WHOLEFOODS diet = avoid ultraprocessed foods
3️⃣ Reduce your TOXIC load = eat organic where possible

Small changes, repeated consistently, create powerful long-term outcomes.

At our Harley Street clinic, we focus on evidence-led, preventative strategies — because health isn’t just about treating illness, it’s about protecting your future.

Symposia Sessions are designed to create space for learning, reflection, and to spark discussion around the realities of life on the road. Our speakers will share their insights on topics that speak directly to the challenges our industry faces.

We’re pleased to announce Lei-Lana as our first Symposia speaker for GTL Sessions Europe. Touring demands a lot from our bodies, and in her session Fuelling the Machine, we’ll explore how small and realistic choices can make a real difference to energy and focus on the road, as well as long-term wellbeing. It’s a chance to reflect on how we fuel ourselves on tour, and why health should be a priority, not an afterthought.

More Symposia Sessions to be announced soon!
