– Ce lundi 19 mai, l’auteur, commissaire d’exposition et producteur de cinéma afro-guadeloupéen @OlivierMarboeuf viendra présenter son nouveau livre 𝘓𝘢 𝘕𝘶𝘪𝘵 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵𝘦 𝘢𝘷𝘢𝘯𝘵 𝘭𝘦 𝘧𝘦𝘶 (@AtlantiquesDechaines, 2025) au public afro bruxellois à @LeLacBrussels. La présentation du livre sera suivie d’une conversation avec la sociologue 𝐕𝐞́𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐪𝐮𝐞 𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞-𝐆𝐚𝐤𝐮𝐛𝐚. 𝙂𝙍𝘼𝙏𝙐𝙄𝙏 Le Lac Rue Witte de Haelen 36 1000 Bruxelles 𝐋𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐢 𝟏𝟗 𝐦𝐚𝐢 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 18 :30-20 :00 __________ 𝙇𝙖 𝙉𝙪𝙞𝙩 𝙟𝙪𝙨𝙩𝙚 𝙖𝙫𝙖𝙣𝙩 𝙡𝙚 𝙛𝙚𝙪, c’est la longue et unique phrase du monologue délirant, qui court sur 50 pages, d’un type à la peau noire-bleue qui en hèle un autre dans la rue d’une grande ville d’Europe. L’histoire débute de la même manière que la pièce de Bernard-Marie Koltès, 𝘓𝘢 𝘕𝘶𝘪𝘵 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵𝘦 𝘢𝘷𝘢𝘯𝘵 𝘭𝘦𝘴 𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘦̂𝘵𝘴 (Éditions de Minuit, 1977). Mais elle devient vite autre chose évidemment ; une grève noire, une hallucination révolutionnaire, un horizon d’alliances. 𝘓𝘢 𝘕𝘶𝘪𝘵 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵𝘦 𝘢𝘷𝘢𝘯𝘵 𝘭𝘦 𝘧𝘦𝘶 est une archive parlée, le programme de la politique fugitive d’un syndicat marron, une Internationale noire, une école, une émeute, une carnaval. C’est selon. C’est comme vous voulez. C’est aussi une déclaration d’amour aux peuples « afro-délirants. » 𝐎𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐛𝐨𝐞𝐮𝐟 crée un autre texte dans lequel l’écho des révoltes passées enfante les insurrections futures. La prochaine fois, l’émeute. «…. nos monuments sont partout, absolument partout, au fond de la mer et dans les quartiers sans lumière où gémit le Rabòday, sur les murs défoncés de Pointe-à-Pitre… les femmes folles à la peau noircie de sucre qui errent en racontant des histoires à dormir debout sur la savane de Fort-de-France, ce sont nos monuments, les vieilles transformées en loup-garou aussi, les mecs en ruine, la peau brûlée par le sel, qui répètent toujours le même poème, ce sont nos monuments…»

– On March 6, 𝐁𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐇𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡 𝐁𝐞𝐥𝐠𝐢𝐮𝐦 and 𝐋𝐞 𝐋𝐚𝐜 come together for an evening of art, reflection, conversation, and music. The night opens with an exhibition by 𝗦𝗮𝗺𝘂𝗲𝗹 𝗟𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗮 & 𝗗𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗲 𝗨𝘄𝗮𝘀𝗲 whose works explore spirit, memory, and identity through abstract and allegorical portraiture. They’ll share their thoughts in an 𝐀𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐭 𝐎𝐧 𝐀𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐭 talk, offering a glimpse into their creative worlds. As the evening unfolds, the space shifts into sound. 𝗘𝗺𝗺𝗮 𝗛𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗹𝘀 will bring tender, soul-stirring melodies, followed by 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗶𝗱, whose voice carries both power and vulnerability.
