Cosplaying has been a huge part of how I was shaped growing up, I’ve met so important people in my life through it and made so many good memories. It has also taught me how to come out of my shell, i’ve been an introvert all of my life and stepping into a character really makes me turn off all my insecurities and be my true self.

I have been cosplaying for 15+ years and it is such an important part of my life. Cosplay has brought me into such a wonderful community, and is responsible for the friends and family I am lucky enough to be surrounded by now. Cosplay has been an amazing medium to allow me to challenge myself, I love to craft and push myself to develop and master new skills and to practice old ones. Over the years, I feel I have learned so much that has allowed me to continue pushing myself to make bigger and more detailed and technically challenging cosplays!

Cosplay helps me let out my creativity in ways that I am unable to do at my adult job. It also pushes me outside of my comfort zone and I’ve met all sorts of wonderful people from cosplaying. It’s helped me build up my confidence and I’ve met some of my closest friends from our mutual love of dressing up as our favorite characters.

Cosplaying allows my creativity to take a fo

(Insert obligatory Fire emblem post to celebrate the release of Fire Emblem Fortune’s Weave).

I got a lot more Fire Emblem pictures in my backlog that I need to post. But for now, enjoy these group shots that I got this past ACEN.

Happy Fire Emblem Fortune’s Weave Release Day

from our little round 1 shenanigans on friday night 😋

the san antonio location was very underwhelming with this collab, but i'm happy i got to try the junpei drink! plus i had so much fun with my pals so it wasn't a waste of time hehe
by the way, abby totally dominated most of us at air hockey which i think is very in character for mitsuru lol
(and also most of these pics from the weekend were taken by @metaphorically.kirby, shoutout to them and their skills and amazing camera 🙏)

(Very late) recap of Day 2 at ACen 2026! I was among several Byleths at the official Fire Emblem meetup and around the con (spoiler alert: I went as Byleth all three days!); I also went to the Touhou meetup that immediately followed, where we managed to have quite a variety of characters represented!

✪

The absolute highlight of the day was when @chrishackneyggk (voice of Dimitri) made a surprise appearance at the Fire Emblem meetup as it ended! Seeing a professional VA at a cosplay gathering for the same franchise makes for memories that will forever resonate with fans.

✪

This was probably my favourite day of the con (with Sunday coming a close second). Stay tuned for Day 3! Let me know who I didn’t tag!
