During the weekend, the Solidus team attended the 3x3 Jam at UAC Keysy 🏀

Our team of therapists was ready to assist with recovery and injury prevention for the basketball players.

It was an awesome morning for everyone involved!

How many times we all go through vacation and then have to "reset" when ya get back. Only for it to take 2-3 weeks to get back into training!

We all been through it!

This is a little shift for everyone whose struggled over the years with falling off after vacation.

shout out to @lemongrasstraining for always being down for some crazy 11pm ideas the other day. Sprints + 100 pull-ups + 100 dips 😂 after we got to our airbnb

little hack to jetlag too really is to implement some workouts through your trip! honestly a game changer for those who struggle with fatigue on trips.

who else tries to find nice gyms to train at on vacations? 💪🏼
