Dear sweet Olivia, no words can describe how distraught i am over the loss of your blessed soul, I can’t fathom your absence and the fact i was thinking of you yesterday morning without the knowledge of your passing to then a few hours later find out you were no longer here, i feel that says something to me that i cannot put into words other than to say my sense of spirituality has been heightened. you were and always will be one of the most beautiful woman to ever walk this earthly realm, i have forever admired your beauty and your deep love and care for the world around you, you were so talented and your kindred spirit will never be forgotten. From the moment i first saw your work at 13 years old i fell in love, your beauty was out of this world and you were so talented in your work, i used to watch the interview between you and leonard over and over again for comfort and still do today. I am grateful that we interacted online once after i had drawn a picture of you a bit over a year ago, I am grateful for the legacy you’ve left behind, now the pinterest board i have of you holds even more sentimental value. Rest in peace sweet angel 🕊️ Little PSA - The second last video is a little personal media project i worked on in august 2022, i remember gathering clips from a selection of interviews and other clips i had found, the last slide is a video someone else has made and is not mine.

Today I went to the old paper mills in fyansford, to immerse myself in nature and the feel good atmosphere of galleries, the door gallery cafe, the vintage shed and the area in general. I wanted to practice some photography as it’s something i quite love and don’t do often enough (using an actual camera that is, i take photos all the time on my phone) so i thought it would be the perfect spot! I went into The Papermill Gallery and visited John Hughson, an incredibly talented artist who is particularly talented at watercolour, a very beautiful medium. I observed him painting in the cosy gallery, with a lovely fire to add to the cosy atmosphere, and talked to him for a bit. I then asked politely whether i could take a photo of his workspace in which he replied yes! You will see that photo in this small selection below. I also spent some time in the door gallery cafe, on the couch surrounded by lovely strangers, whilst having a nice hot chocolate. I took some photos of the interior of the door gallery too because it’s just so so beautiful. I am someone who absolutely loves medieval history and some of the doors reminded me of that era. The rugs in there are also very cool. I like doing these things from time to time, it’s very healing and in all honesty keeps me sane! Enjoy looking through the photos, instagram only let me choose ten which is sad, I posted a larger collection on facebook for my elderly relatives who aren’t on ig. I took these on a canon dslr, an eos760d, using the darker settings mostly and then finished it off by editing the photos on my phone in terms of contrast and shadowing etc ⭐️📷🌿 . . . #photography #canonphotography #art #nature
