•San Diego lululemon Ambassador Experience 2026•

Still not sure what I did to deserve such an incredible experience but I’m trying to make the most of every minute 🥹

Thank you @lululemon team for valuing community and bringing the BEST people together! Every person I meet is so inspiring and makes me want to keep growing and changing the world 🤍

Our Ambassador Experience started with connection, meditation, arts and crafts, and lunch at @balihairestaurant on the water and then continued on the @athena_charters sail around the San Diego harbor! Truly couldn’t have imagined a better day ☀️

Motivation is great when it shows up—but it isn’t a reliable training plan.

The people who stay consistent aren’t motivated every day. They create habits that make showing up easier, even when life gets busy or they don’t feel like working out.

Here are five ways to build real consistency:

1. Choose a realistic weekly goal.
For many people, four workouts is a strong place to start: two strength sessions and two cardio sessions.

It’s enough to build strength and endurance while still leaving time for recovery and real life.

2. Book your workouts in advance.
Don’t wait to “see how the week goes.” By then, everything else will have taken the available time.

Choose your training days, book your classes and put them on your calendar before the week begins.

3. Stop expecting every workout to be your best.
Some days you’ll lift heavier and push harder. Other days, the win is simply walking through the door and moving your body.

You don’t have to destroy yourself to make progress. Challenge yourself, listen to your body and keep returning.

4. Don’t let one missed workout become a missed week.

Life will interrupt your plan. Missing one class doesn’t mean you failed.

Skip the guilt and book the next available session. Consistency isn’t perfection—it’s learning how to return quickly.

5. Find a community that expects you.

Training becomes easier when someone knows your name, notices your progress and is happy to see you walk through the door.

Coaching gives you direction. Scheduled classes give you structure. Community gives you accountability.
You don’t need to feel motivated every day.

You need a realistic plan, a reason that matters to you and people who make you want to come back.

Wow, August, you were incredible. ⚡️

So much to celebrate this month. From an electric event with @drinkhippie to member milestones, memorable rides, our moving art series, growing our community, and watching each other get stronger, we’re feeling extra grateful for this VERVE community.

We also welcomed two new VERVIES to the team, Jess + Esmé, who are officially on the schedule! 🤍

There’s something so special about showing up, putting in the work, and watching it become part of your life. Stronger bodies, clearer minds, deeper connections, and a community that keeps showing up for one another.

August was one for the books. And we’re so excited for September! Stay tuned 👀

Come take a class, find your people, and see what VERVE is all about. Book your next ride, strength, or sculpt class and let’s make September count. ⚡️
