The Lord blessed me with another good comp!
Squat: 112.5kg
Bench: 70kg
Deadlift: 120kg
Total: 302.5kg

Although not the numbers I was expecting Im happy with how today went and looking forward to future meets!

Trial week is over, finalized my new programming starting today. Plan for right now is to truly just have fun with lifting. For the past couple years I’ve found myself to just be in a rut with training not going well, recurring injuries, and some personal things. I still love powerlifting, just a tad burnt out currently.

Taking a couple blocks to accomplish 2 things. 1) rehab my hips, and 2) just have fun and build muscle and strength doing “lower” specificity movements. Side questing to build overall resiliency. Going to try to push my limits in as many different ways as I can, including but not limited to- new rep ranges, unorthodox exercises, different avenues of fitness, and different programming strategies. Safe to say, plan is to do things I wouldn’t normally program for clients😂.
