it usually pours on my birthday,
but the rain and wind
were no where to be found

instead I was surrounded by
beautiful humans from Upstate, NYC, and beyond coming together to help celebrate and I couldn’t be more grateful
for their love and support

thanks to everyone who also took the time to call, text, message, post or other,
I felt the LOVE and I’m still
getting through the messages 🥹

BABE,
THANK YOU for organizing
a truly wonderful experience
and making this libra feel
some of the leo energy
with a multi-pronged celebration
😅☺️🥂🎉😚

Yesterday, the doors opened 🙌🏾

After nearly a year of working alongside The People’s Theatre as Fractional CMO through PLR Group, it was incredibly special to watch the new Centro Cultural Inmigrante fill with people for the first time.
And it was incredibly special to experience with the team, friends and family 🫶🏽

So much of this work has been about one idea: creating a place where New Yorkers can see their stories, their communities and themselves reflected.

Yesterday, The Home of New York Stories stopped being just a campaign idea. You could actually feel it in the room.

Grateful for the trust, the collaboration and everyone who helped bring this chapter to life.

And now the real story begins.

Walk in. You belong here. 🎭
