Congratulations to our 2026 New Jazz Works grantees! CMA’s flagship composition grant in jazz began in 2000 and has since funded the composition of more than 300 works. CMA is proud to continue its 26-year partnership with the @dorisdukefdn in funding this significant award to jazz artists and ensembles. Fifteen ensembles will receive grant funds ranging between $30,000 & $36,000 to support the creation, performance, and optional recording of a new jazz composition.
